The facilities is super clean. “There's no reason to get prescriptions filled in big stores if you're close to Regents. They're always friendly, accomodating, don't make you feel like a criminal getting your important meds, work quickly to do refills, and provide that small business feel as part of the local community. Highly recommend. Can't name a single issue after using Regents the last 4 years.”

“This is my go to Gas station as it is close to my work and I go in very early. I do not have issues finding a spot to pull up and fill up. It is welcoming to always see the same female attendant. She is reliable, always smiling and says hello.
I think if I had one criticism it would be that occasionally it is shut down for maintenance. Costco has APPS, and websites, but never provides when this maintenance will occur or for how long. I would think that adding these maintenance stoppage to the APP, to customer's know in advance and when it will be operational again...would be amazing and then 5 star worthy! ?”
“Dan and the crew at Royal Pharmacy are a rare breed. They truly are a neighborhood pharmacy and care about their customers. I don't know where I would have been during the pandemic and through a health crisis without them. Dan has always made sure I had what I needed and the whole staff goes above and beyond. “Very nice, family-run pharmacy that truly makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another number.
The first time I needed to fill a prescription, I called CVS and was told they couldn’t find my insurance in their system and that my insurance might not be active. This was strange because I knew my insurance was active. I then called Poway Pharmacy, and they immediately found my insurance, confirmed that it was active, and were able to fill my prescription the very next day. CVS also told me they couldn’t get the medication for 2 weeks due to issues with their supplier.
What really stood out to me was the personal service. With large chain pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens, it can often feel like you’re just another customer in the system. At a family-run business like Poway Pharmacy, they actually take the time to help you and treat you like a person.

Her name is CRYSTAL, Thank you so very much for ur help , on looking things up and helping me with all of my questions with such a WONDERFUL ATTITUDE AND ALSO SWEET!!! Well my Doctor referred me for a few medications here and there was actually a medication that I was Paying around $60 bucks and that can add up. Well the girl named MARIA asked me if I had any insurance well she said that she could run it through my medical and honestly I didnt believe her because CVS was having me pay $60 bucks ,she said nope it went through and she explained that some times u have to put a lil more effort and they dnt do that at CVS well I'm so thankful for MS.MARIA because she really made a difference and I was so happy with the service I switched all my medications to VILLAGE ROSE PHARMACY!!! AND CVS LOST A CUSTOMER!!! ONCE AGAIN THANK U MARIA ?”

They give me full confidence that I am receiving the proper medication and at the right price, with the correct insurance. They go out of their way, and no matter what their own personal concerns are, they always think only of you. I am so grateful to the entire pharmacy staff at CVS.”
“I drive across town to use this pharmacy even though there's a CVS within walking distance. One of my Rx's was written to be filled by a certain manufacturer, as it is the preferred generic. Medical Arts would order it for a few other customers and myself whereas the bigger pharmacies would not even consider doing so. The folks there have always been nice and it seems there is a more personal touch with them as an independent pharmacy.
I took off one star because they would not honor coupons such as GoodRx, in the event insurance denied coverage. In that case their cash price was considerably higher than competitors who did accept coupons. But overall a great company.”
