Came in on 3.5.24 at 8pm with two basketball teams. There were also multiple people in line behind us and this employee was patient, nice and did not get frustrated with our girls. Its nice to see there are still good workers out here

I've never had an issue until today. I know the girl behind the counter was new, but she had to ask me a couple times what flavors I wanted and still got my order wrong. And I had to ask for lids more than once. Also, I paid for regular scops but looks like I got kid scoops. Maybe we can do more training and pay closer attention to the newbies.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was very busy and there was only one employee behind the counter.That being said, the line moved quickly and efficiently. Liz (the only employee there) was polite, accommodating and was smiling the whole time while delivering excellent customer service. When it was my turn, she wrote a birthday message on the ice cream cake I was buying and was very friendly and engaging in small talk with me. I am blown away that a very young adult was delivering a level of customer service that you rarely see these days from older adults let alone a young adult.I will be returning here when I get the ice cream bug and will hope that I continue to get great customer service regardless of who is behind the counter.

The combination of sweet & salty was heavenly to my senses. I usually don't like things cloyingly sweet, so the saltiness helped damper the sugar content. Pleasing with each bite, I immensely enjoyed Baskin-Robbins' Game Time ice cream.yelp.com/user_local_phot… Service was good. Wait was none existent, as there were no other customers, at the time. Parking is a little tight in the one way lot. Baskin-Robbins is located in between Adalberto's & Pep Boys. A scoop of ice cream in August is a must. More so when it's free! Baskin-Robbins always delights me with their birthday promo, and the difficult part is deciding on which flavor to choose. New, artisan ice cream shops have popped up like weeds, but Baskin-Robbins is still the classic mainstay that still delivers the goods.

Food is fresh, service is decent, and Ambiance is decent..My favorite month to get ice cream. On baskins robbins day where everything is 31% off+ You can buy LOVE potion 31 for valentines month!!!

I had the best experience here all because of Liz! Super lovely, Super Helpful, and had a Super good attitude. Seriously, her demeanor is what any business should seek when hiring for a customer service role. Baskin-Robbins, you lucked out with her...she is one of a kind.... definitely will be back! Great job!

Family we in for ice cream and sundaes and got the worst service and some of the smallest scoops of ice cream. Very disappointed in this location and experience. Never coming back!!!

Came in on Friday 9/16 at 9:54 after my sons football game. As we pulled in the driveway we saw that one of the girls working had hurried to the door and locked it. The girls wouldn't let me in when I kindly had told one of them that the sign on the door and online says they are opened until 10. She rudely said "ITS JUST 5 MINUTES". So we left. Super disappointed considering we come here almost every night. The girl was caucasian, curly hair, heavy set, and very rude.

Today I write this sweet review to DJ. In the wake of a sweet cold craving, I drove down to our community BR. Upon arriving I came across a long line, but I figured all the 31 flavors was worth the wait to satisfy our sweet craving. Nevertheless, I came across the most outstanding individual that held the commitment to provide the most excellent service even when being the only serving all 15 craving customers ahead of me. After Sunday, banana Sunday, creative creation, mangonada, and double scoop— DJ nailed it each one with a sweet touch. Thank you, for the smiles, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning because of you!

It really deserves a big far ZERO STAR!!! If you like being disrespected and being told to move out of the way and be served after the person who walked in after you.....then by all means come to this place. Gabriel is one of the worst counter hired help I have ever seen. Very very disrespectful and was glad to give me his name, as he was sure no form of disciplinary action would be taken against him. Do not waste your money!! Go to a better and more professional Baskin-Robbins. I would surely hate to think that management supports that behavior.
