Not even sure what the point of this place is unless you're after TVs or appliances. Everything else seems to require ordering or waiting for someone else to go hunt for things. Better off just shopping somewhere else

Went into Best Buy today 3/8/2024 seeking help to return an M1 MacBook Air and purchase the new MacBook Air M3, Daniel assisted me right away and helped me out with my purchase and went above and beyond asking other team members when he wasn't sure rather than bsing me and that went a long way with me because he was honest. Told me about his M2 MacBook Air and how the M3 is better due to the specific specifications and made me feel at ease purchasing my new laptop! Thank you Daniel for being honest and helpful with this purchase!

This review is of the installation of the products we purchased from Pacific Sales located inside this Best Buy location. In the past six months we have purchased a stove and a microwave from the Pacific Sales at this Best Buy. The products are both good for the price, but in both cases the installation was totally unacceptable. They were unable to install the stove and we had to call someone else to do it. The microwave was installed crooked and even when they returned they were unable to install it correctly. We ended up doing the installation ourselves. We paid Pacific Sales for fairly pricey installations that they were not able to complete.

Horrible customer service at pick up center in Lakewood. I was first speaking and going over my reason for being there to a fat worker named Desiree ,after I explained and show her my id and scans my email verification code then she walks off making me think she went to maybe pick get my order or something, After 20 minutes of waiting standing in the pickup counter with my daughter "I was like hello" when her coworker comes up and says "oh Desiree went to lunch".Her manager comes up "Brandon" he notices what had just happened and says. I'll talk to her....and tried to make things better. When my visit was supposed to be a normal/good experience But anyhow. Bad experience at Bestbuy for lazy fat workers like Desiree make the whole store get a bad reputation!! Hire people that really need the money and chance. Not people that represent a big corporation like Bestbuy and make them look bad cause they hate there job!

I have a Amazon tablet that was not working, the geek squad tech was sure a factory reset would work, therefore did a exchange, thanks for the extra warranty. I suggest anyone making any purchase get the extra protection.

I consistently choose Best Buy for the majority of my electronic purchases over other online retailers. The main reason is their convenient in-store return and exchange policy, which provides me peace of mind in case of any issues. Recently, I visited this store to return an item that was slightly past the return window (holiday purchase). Despite this, they accommodated my request with minimal hassle, recognizing my loyalty as a long-time customer. While I could have gone through the process of returning directly to the manufacturer, Best Buy's hassle-free process reinforced my commitment to continue supporting them in the future. Thank you!

The geek squad knows absolutely nothing about computers. I had an appointment and no one was there. After waiting for 35 minutes, someone came out to assist me with my computer. The only thing they were able to do was read what was on the screen to me. a complete waste of time!

Please do yourself a favor and go to another location. This is location is bottom of the barrel. All the employees I've been "assisted" by are complete trash. I came in excited about buying the PS5 and the girl's smart mouth in the customer service killed my entire mood. If my day was starting off on a bad one I would have slap the dog shit out of her and maybe her smart ass would re think how she speaks to people.
