entered this location at 430 pm on 7/27. I spoke with this young lady with long hair (forgot her name) regarding my CDs. she is good with proper business manner. Then I spoke with this cashier name Felipe Flores, for the whole time is siting while I am standing, I wasn't quit comfortable cause I never experienced cashier siting all time while talking me. maybe I am old school, I expected the cashier can stand up while talk to customers.

Efficient and friendly staff members. Temple was extremely helpful during my experience inside Citi Bank. I would recommend this branch to my friends and family.

We just refinanced/got a bunch of loans completed at Citibank. Some people at this branch have been helpful, but I still have not been able to access my accounts and get them linked after 6 months of having an account with CitiBank. It is CRAZY difficult to set up, and the people that seem like they want to help me aren't able to bc of all the crazy restrictions Citibank has. And I keep just letting passed on. I will never open an account with them again, and would transfer all of my funds back to chase if it wasn't written into my loan contract that I can't. Beyond frustrating that I can't get something done, that in my opinion should really just be done completely for you by the banker when you have a large corporate account with them.

I was searching for a Citibank in a better location and found this one. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to get here, only to find out that there are no outdoor ATMs and they were closed! This was EXTREMELY inconvenient as I am not available to do my banking during their open hours. I had to drive another 15 minutes away and go to an unsafe Citibank location to complete my banking needs. So that was 30 minutes of my time wasted all because they do not have an outdoor ATM. ZERO stars.

The worst customer service ever. The guy at the window during the morning was so very rude.he literally belittled my wife for not knowing something that was common sense to him. My wife tried to cash a check she received from damages at her business. The insurance check said citibank on it so she tried cashing it there. We get there and the guy at the window says, we can't cash this check. How do you not know that. And the other co workers where super nosey. Literally stopped what they where doing just to listen to the guy telling my wife about why he can't cash the check. What kind of business allows its employees to talk to its own customers like that.

Looked everywhere for a business checking account that could handle my small trucking firm, walked in met Mo and pow he lined us up with a mutually beneficial account with growth potential and not to me daunting fees as well as a payroll program to take care of my employees. Wells Fargo and Chase were not only incompatible but were impersonable, detached and completely rude. On the other hand CitiBank has made it an equitable partnership and I feel confident they can help my business grow !

Absolutely a horrible place to do your banking need. Stay away. You will get the run around to even try to perform basic financial transactions.

Even among huge corporate banks, which seem founded to exploit and antagonize customers, Citibank stands out for its crass people-are-only-numbers practices. In my case, I endured hours of hassle and inconvenience over . . . believe it or not . . . 67 cents! My Citibank checking account is set up to make automatic monthly payments to my Citibank home-equity line, which currently carries a balance of just over $400,000. The amount of payment due for September, 2018, was $1,857.71, and I believed that I had adequate funds in the checking account to cover that payment. Uh-oh, but no, the balance in my checking account was only $1,857.04 -- 67 cents short. Yikes! This was, of course, my mistake. However! I' had made several prior payments toward the balance from a different (non-Citibank) checking account, and I should have owed less than $1,000 from my Citibank checking. Apparently that does not matter, according to Citibank's computers, which (I'm now told) ignore all other payments that are not from the Citibank checking. Nor does it matter that Citibank could have advanced me the 67 cents from my own home-equity line, since the cap on the credit line -- $450,000 -- supposedly gives me close to $50,000 in additional borrowing power. A 67-cent advance with a friendly heads up about it would have made excellent sense. But no! What Citibank did, since I was 67 cents short, was transfer $0 (ZERO DOLLARS!) toward my home-equity line, then start hounding me with phone calls saying I was delinquent on my account. One of these calls was so bizarre and suspicious that I ended up canceling a debit card and reporting the call to the Federal Trade Commission fraud hotline. Eventually, I spent 20 minutes (!!!!) trying to navigate through labyrinthine, caller-unfriendly Citibank automated phone system and was able to speak to a real live human being who essentially blamed me for the screw-up. As a conscientious customer who regularly pays well over the minimum monthly payment due on the home-equity line, I find this sort of practice callous, demeaning and thoughtless. I would not do business with this financial institution if my home-equity line hadn't been established there several years ago.

Absolutely unprofessional representatives. Applied for a personal loan for a boat and was approved technically and at the same time got refused, because we figured out I don't have enough documents needed, but before or during applying the specialist in this branch didn't inform me in proper manner which major documents I need just simply to be eligible for a loan. In fact according to the info from the bank call center I would never be able to get a loan without those papers from the very beginning, so there was no any sense for me even to apply for it...

Everybody in this branch is INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!! Whenever I walk into the bank, I am always greeted with a smile and most people seem to remember me and many even remember MY NAME!! This is so impressive since this is a big business that serves many people, yet it is still run as a small business with great old-fashioned values!!
