The lady who pierced my ears today was so helpful and kind. She made sure I was comfortable before piercing my ears. After I was finished she made sure I was satisfied and was very thorough in explaining how to care for my piercings. I forgot her name,but I went on 12/14 around 1/2 ish at the Lakewood Mall. Just wanted to shout her out because great service isnt always easy to come by. Thank you!!

Had some 14 year old looking kid pierce my sons ears. She told me I would get monthly coupons, which I never received. She never signed me up or informed me that I needed to enroll in order to receive the free monthly earrings. Had to go into the store and they told me I had to call it in, had to call twice just to enroll. Such a hassle to do something that this ill-informed employee should have done at the start.

I only give this place stars just for how clean it is but... I didn't know I was walking into a PUSHY establishment. I was greeted when I walked in. I go to pick out 3 items I wanted; when I got to the register the girl tells me about the buy 3 get 3 free. So I decided to get 3 more pieces. She rang me up and I was charged $60 something dollars. I said never mind I'll just take the first 3 things I grabbed. They started offering 10% percent (as if that was going to make a difference) and saying I can get 3 things under 7.99 and it will still be my new price. The cashier just kept pushing and Pushing and PUSHING on doing this 3 on 3 deal. I kept saying No. I started to get really annoyed. Finally she let me pay so I go my way. Word of advice to the girl that worked the register this past Saturday: NO MEANS NO!

I went to Claire’s to get my sister’s ears pierced for the first time .The service was amazing I got her ears pierced by Andres and he helped a lot.After getting her ears pierced we received the ear rings of our choice and anti bacterial liquid for her ears.overall the service was amazing and a great experience.

BEWARE! Check your receipt, they overcharge here. The item had a certain price on it and it rang up for more.

I brought all my girls at a young age here to get their ears pierced. My recent daughter I brought, is 5 months old. The staff’s are professional at what they do. I like coming here because if the hole closes up, they’ll be able to do it again, free of charge and not only the ladies are friendly but their careful. With my Lil’ Mama crying, they were still able to pierce her ears.Thank you ?
