My bonobo watch that I bought here was falling apart it was loose they didn't even fix it right and the lady there was very disrespectful the only nice one was the sales lady the owner or the lady that was sitting there the Asian woman was actually pretty rude the whole time and told me Go stand there and wait for help

My husband and I went in there for the first time to “look” for a wedding band because I lost mine. I walked out with 2 LOL. The customer service was grade A 5 star amazing!! Lenn was so amazing and helpful, we love her! Harout and Armen were also so helpful and sweet. We found our new Jewler!!!

Horrible place do not come here went to go repair. My watch and lady made me feel like she was in a rush and then when I came back to pick up my watch, it wasn’t even completely fixed as far as the strap …lazy. Literally went to a Watch repair place right across for them to fix it spent more money than I had to.

I took my mom to get her ring fixed. It had gotten a little bent. It took the jewler maybe five minutes to fix it. And he did not charge my mom anything. My mom was so thankful to have her ring fixed.

Amazing customer service, my husband and I came to look for a new wedding ring for our 10 year anniversary. Lenn & Bles we so helpful helping us decide the best option for us. Highly recommend going to craftsman jewelry and will definitely be coming back.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came here on a Sunday to have my engagement and wedding band cleaned. Was greeted by a very nice lady who said the person responsible for cleaning is not in but to drop off and pick up next day at 11am. Sure thing. Next day comes- I was about to head out but decided on a hunch to give a call just to make sure they were ready. A gentleman answers the phone (I believe he is the owner) and was so bothered that I called. He says they just opened the shop 1 hour ago so how could it be ready. He says it will be ready at 3pm. I ask if I should call before to make sure but he just hangs up the phone on me! I go pick up my rings and notice they are still dirty. At this point, I did not want to say anything in fear he might do something to my rings. Paid $30, left, and never coming back. Note, order placed under Monica.

What a gem of a shop! I went Last Thursday to drop off my rose gold wedding band for resizing and picked it up Monday! The owner and saleswomen were so friendly! The owner also fixed a necklace clasp for me on the spot. His prices are incredibly affordable. I'm definitely coming back to resize my engagement band and would highly recommend this jewelry shop to my friends and family! Thanks Craftsman jewelry!!

I read about this place here on yelp and decided to give it a try. I brought two watches in that needed batteries and was out within ten minutes. The best part was the price was only $10.00 each out the door! The owner is very knowledgeable about all thing's jewelry, diamonds and watches, especially Rolex watches. Lakewood is very lucky to have a store of this caliber. Stores like this are usually in Fashion Island or the jewelry mart in down town LA. I will be back!

This jewelry store has excellent customer service. Mitch and Bless are so sweet and attentive. They have a great financing option that can help you if you don't have the money to get what you want. I was able to get the watch I liked and a necklace. I definitely recommend this place!

They were fast and reasonably priced! I took 15 minutes to modify my necklaces. I paid $15. The people working there were courteous and kind.
