This is in regards to the pharmacy department. Super incompetent and unprofessional people here. My mom has been with this pharmacy for the past 10 years, w no problems up until the last couple years... it seems like it's a a whole new staff so this may be the reasons they are worse. not many individuals may know proper use of injectable insulin, but it's definite a pharmacist should know injectable insulin needs needles. for the past 2.5 months they have been refilling my moms insulin without needles. When we let them know, the reply they need a doctors order, we get that and they incompetently refill the insulin again but with NO needles. This is playing with my mothers life! i've gone in and so has my dad and even called to let them know they continue to refuse to give my mom her needles. which under her insurance coverage and prescription should be included. This is unacceptable and they are so unprofessional, they laughed on the phone w my mom when she called to let them know they forgot needles again. If you care for your health or your parents, move their lifesaving medications in the care of someone else

They charged me retail price on an item less than a week ago. & I wanted to exchanged that DEFECTIVE item they sold me for an item that is 2$ difference. But since the defective item is now on sale now they only want to refund the sale amount only. Making the difference of $12 not $2 plus tax.

During my visit. a pharmacy tech named Courtney helped me and was very nice. She is very helpful and has a great attitude towards her job. Thank you for having someone like her. She makes it pleasent to come to this store.

I came here to pick up my online order a couple of months ago. There was an issue with it, but Yvonne handled it professionally, promptly, and very courteously. With customer service like that will keep me going to this CVS.

The workers are all out of it they have no clue how to do they're job like how are you going to work here and not know how to help with the simple credit system they have, if your coming here as a pit stop you'll be better off going to the shell off the street.

This has been my neighborhood drug store for almost 30 years and I usually have no serious issues with the staff and or the pharmacy but there was one time when I had a bad toothache and paid $35 for a consult with Drsays online and was prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen. The pharmacist on duty that particular evening was an Asian lady and I had never seen her before. She was the most rudest person I had ever ever encountered to the point where if I wasn't in so much pain, I would have grabbed her in a chokehold! She was attempting to tell me that the antibiotic and the ibuprofen conflicts with another medication I was taking but she treated me like a child, didn't even finish her sentences, was speaking with her hands, and then just walked away saying she had to go to the restroom. It was as unbelievable as it sounds! I didn't end up getting either medication and ever since then, I have been contemplating moving pharmacy to another that treats me very well and delivers without charging me a fee even though they are further away. I am literally sitting here at CVS to give them another chance but if I ever see that witch again, just know that it's on! By the way, just got a tooth pulled and literally was prescribed the same drugs and the pharmacist on duty very kindly explained that they could cause stomach discomfort but gave them to me nevertheless! Wow... just wow!!!

Worst treatment over several occasions from issues with their pharmacy and not having my medication when they text you it's ready is a joke so dissatisfaction and only tried it again and again only because it's walking distance but in the end I should of drove and went anywhere but to that store that has horrible management hence the horrible experiences

The Customer service in the Pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!! I have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the Pharmacy to pick up the phone. There are very few friendly associatesat the Pharmacy. Need to improve customer service really bad.

This cvs is trash they've been playing with my medication for two weeks now. first they told me they sent the og prescription back to my doctor to see if it was covered by insurance(it was I've been at another cvs for a year for the same prescription) then they decided it was a good idea to shut down the whole pharmacy for a lunch hour now the whole line backs up after there done.. it's my third time coming today in the last two weeks and they still don't have it ready no calls.. nothing. Over cvs in general...

Super long wait at pharmacy. They literally left me for a few minutes in order to check on my prescription status... When I already heard from across the room that it was out. Also it was great when someone in the drive thru said, "Are you done yet?" It's not like they're understaffed. It's just that it's practically all kids behind the counter when I went. This is probably their first or second job, and they react with the blehness of a phone telemarketer. These kids don't have customer service skills. They also messed up my prescription 3 weeks in a row. I've had it with this pharmac.

I just had a horrible experience at this pharmacy. I went to pick up prescription and the young lady told me it would 30 minutes and if I wanted to wait. I said sure and she said okay I'll call you when they are ready. So I start walking around waiting and 30 minutes go by and another girl ask what I'm waiting for and I tell her my name she checked the computer and goes "oh okay" "well we don't have one of your prescriptions in stock" so I said okay that's fine can I have the other one. Another 1/2 hour goes by and I hear the pharmacist say start filling them based on who was here first. I was there first and then there were 3 other people behind me. 2 other people get helped before the pharmacist ask who I'm picking up for I give her my name and she's like "oh okay" so frustrated I ask how much longer she says give me "10" ten more minutes go by still nothing. Finally after an hour and 1/2 they call me and tell me to pay. I do and they just turn their backs and get back to work. Mind you this is my first time with these two prescription had no idea how to take them I guess I'm pretty lucky I know how to read

Just wanted to give a compliment to Richard. I was shopping with my Mom today. She has been going to this CVS since it was Savons across the street. She actually still calls it Savons. We were checking out and my Mom had multiple coupons. Richard was our Sales Associate and he was so patient and friendly to us. When two of the coupons didn't work.... he managed to find a work around and saved the day. He was so helpful, kind and displayed Excellent Customer Service. Thank you Richard for taking such good care of my Mom!

Pharmacist Nishia is very uncooperative. My Son has an infection, and dropped the entire bottle of antibiotics in the toilet. I asked for a replacement and she said I had to go to urgent care and get a prescription. It is Labor Day weekend, and I know she is allowed to provide an emergency supply to get us through the holiday weekend. She refused, and I called back she put me on hold. While I was on hold, I drove too Cvs and Tabitha Tech and Pharmacist Nishia are ignoring my call. The pharmacy closes in 6 minutes and it obvious they were not going to pick up the call. I let them know it was me and videoed them ignoring my call. State Law says that the dispensing Pharmacy can dispense an emergency supply to not interrupt treatment. At least get us through the Labor Day weekend, and our doctor would authorize refill. My Son is on an antibiotic treatment and her refusal was personal and not professional . I feel that Muslim Pharmacist is a racist and is using her position as a pharmacist to mistreat Americans.

I had an issue here with pharmacy a while back and vowed I wouldn't come here for pharmacy again. This time my visit here was for photo developing, thought if give them another chance This past Tuesday 2pm, August 13, the female clerk working was completely rude, she didn't even acknowledge me and knew I was standing there waiting for help. I decided to just leave and figure that I'm done with CVS.
