I love my local CVS store but I would remissed if I didn't tell you what Apple is doing. They are selling gift cards with erroneous and non matching codes. I lost $25 when the card codes couldn't give me my $25 credit to the account and didn't reimburse money either. Apple knows about errors and still no remedy.

3/7/23 Picking up Rx when both Ron & Aaron are on duty is always a great experience. They're both equally great at customer service: are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They take the time to take care of business while having meaningful conversations with customers. I highly recommend filling your Rx here at CVS at Target (Lakewood Mall).

Just waited forty minutes at a deserted drive up window for a six-hundred dollar cash pick up of medicines (all for poor me) at Long's in Waimea. When someone finally came to window after 30 minutes, the unpleasant pharmacist denied that my doctor had ordered insulin, although it is clearly ordered on Mychart and was on CVS.com. She demanded several times that I provide her the type and dose of the newly prescribed insulin from my car, which, of course, I did not have. How this information would have changed anything with an order she ignored, I do not know. This lovely transaction took place following my fifteen-hour Friday shift as a nurse practitioner. She was rude, insisted on calling me ma'am, told me she was "SORRY you feel that way" for inquiring about cost and tryinh to get the life saving drug my PCP had ordered. She did not even thank me when I ponied up six hundred dollars (with ample insurance coverage). I have served this underserved island community and three other states for 24 years practiing psychiatry and addictionology but, as of this evening, I will NEVER send another patient or RX to any CVS in any of states where I currently practice. I am glad I have never treated any one of the thousands of patients I have served the CVS way.

Amy V. the Pharmacy manager is beyond rude and dismissive. She refused to fill my prescription 15 minutes before they closed. I asked her how long does it take for her to fill the prescription and she said 15 mins, yet because they closed at 8 she wasn’t willing to do it. I said to her that while we were talking she could have easily filled my prescription and said she would not. That I needed to transfer it to a 24 hour pharmacy. I asked for their field manager name and refused. I lucky found out who it was \u0026 I came back to the drive thru to get her las name (just the initial). When I told the pharmacy tech that I would be contacting their field leader he projected the same attitude as his pharmacy. His words exactly were go ahead and do what you have to do, can you go so I can clear up the drive thru line.

My CVS in the North Long Beach Target is wonderful.The pharmacists, Tommy and May are very efficient.They prepare my prescriptions accurately and on time.They both take time to answer my questions. I recommend this CVS highly.

I went the curbside pickup the young lady Paula was very helpful taking care of me. I had placed my order on line. I miss spelt my last name WRONG my bad lol. And also put it to pick up in the store. she went inside and got my medicine (mucinex ) so my hats off to the curbside helpers.

I get all of my prescriptions here. Ever since the pandemic, they have been mailing them to me at no cost! I love it. I liked that they have a drive-thru but I love getting my meds in the mail even more. I hope it never changes back! I also got my flu shot here free with insurance. I got my booster for Pfizer on Saturday at the paramount location. No wait time, it was easy peasy, with an online appt.

This place is a joke!What happened to the old CVS? I worked a whole ten hour shift only to come here and have to scan and pay for my items when that's someone else's job? WTFI don't get paid to do that! I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks you

Giving one star because I can't give them zero stars. Came here with my toddler and was informed that she could not use the restroom due to Covid, then they made us wait over 30 min at the pharmacy. This place is the worst. Never coming here again if I can help it!

If I could give this Cvs a zero I would. They filled the wrong prescription, charged me $30 and refused to remedy the problem. Now I'm out $30 with a medication I cant even use. They charged my insurance $400! Insurance fraud! I'll be calling my insurance to let them know that they were scammed out of $400.
