“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to give credit where it is due. Thank you Stephanie!”

“This urgent care is amazing. They are the only urgent care that actually answers their phone when you call, everyone who works in that office is very professional and helpful. Even without insurance, this place was the most affordable urgent care around, they are very upfront with their pricing and explain everything and treat you like a person not just another number. We were seen by Stephanie Yeh she was very professional and just all around amazing. I hope I’m not getting his name wrong, but I think the guy who came in to give us to help was named Alex amazing guy as well, and the front desk staff is also super amazing. I will always recommend this urgent care. Thank you all that work there you guys are all amazing”

“I tried to see my primary they couldn't find an open time I'd have to wait almost a month to get in!! My condition wasn't waiting I needed to see a dr.and get meds. I walked in to EXER at 745pm (learned they close at 8! And they didn't treat me any differently for coming in so late ) They helped me get registered on line (not technically savvy at all) and I was seen within 15 minutes! (I wait in the waiting room way longer than that at my primary office !! Even when i have an appt!!) the staff at EXER operates together in a very smooth and settling way. The DR was quick to see me, did the check up, prescribed the antibiotics I needed and bam on the road to recovery! That's what I needed. It was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs in and out and done quickly service! I mean now that I'm thinking about it why would I ever return to my primary..they are too swamped and if I'm already not feeling good why put myself thru that craziness? It's EXER for most of my medical needs from now on. They are great!”

“My primary care physician was excellent. He really took the time to get to know me, my medical history, etc. However, the physician's assistant seemed to be a bit inexperienced, especially when it came to drawing blood. She kept poking me all across the arm and this portion of my visit was generally an unpleasant experience.”
“Just went in for a new patient appointment. The waiting room only had a few patients waiting while i was in there. 2-3 at one time. Only took about 10-15 minutes to be pulled into a room. Staff was friendly. Saw Nazifa Paillet, NP-C, and she was great and informative. Everyone I interacted with was great. I was out in about 45 minutes total. So far, I would recommend and had a great experience. I'll update after my pap-smear in 2 weeks.”
“Doctor Issa Botros is the best Doctor I’ve ever went to. I came in with a sore throat and wasn’t able to speak but he came through evaluated me, knew what problem was and the medicine he prescribed me healed me like a miracle. I have a big fear of needles but he recommended a shot that would help me out right away and while I was afraid to do it he kept me calm, I got the shot and just like everything he told me I started to feel better in 30 minutes. I would’ve slapped myself if I didn’t get that shot. I had some abscess in my throat, couldn’t talk normally and he told me the medication he’s prescribing me would heal me in 2 days. Well I just gotta say I went in at 8:00 a.m and my abscess and inflammation went away completely by now at 7:38 p.m. I can eat properly now without pain or discomfort swallowing, drink fluids without difficulty and finally will be able to get a great 8 hours of sleep. On top of her being really good with the needles! I didn’t feel any pain at all and I was so surprised! So if you need anything with needles, ask for Bianca!”
“I was unsure about the company at first, my dad was placed with a social worker for housing with this place , the start was rough, he was assigned to his housing case manager Brittany. Brittany was able to get my dad housed within a month and not only did she get him housed she checked on my dad daily beyond her duties , today will Be my dad’s last day with Ms Brittany and I would love to say thank you for being the kind hearted person and thank you for all your help. My recommendation if your looking for housing ask for Brittany in the Sacramento area”

I have a long list of serious medical issues that I see a few specialized doctors for so when I first came in a decade ago, he took the time with me to carefully go through each one to fully understand my treatment to manage me. He literally saved my life. I’m feeling healthier than I’ve ever been in my life and I’m so thankful that I even recommended him to my entire family. “Ive been going to this office for over 20 years; even before Optum bought the practice. There were some corporate/management bumps that had to get worked out but I loved my care providers so much, I didnt leave. They seem to have worked them out now.
