This branch flat out lied to me about a lunar new year coin. I went in to get one because an online ad said they were available to all guest, nothing about having to have an account with the bank and I was told I needed an account to get one at this location. I told the guy in the front "it doesn't say anything about that online" and he repeated the need for an account. I later (because I'm petty) called the local corporate that linked me to the main bank on Pine and 3rd who then told me they are available to everyone and they would have one ready for me at their branch. The kindness of the 3rd and pine branch was outstanding but this branch made me feel unwelcomed and kind of snarky. I would trust the bank with my money if more locations are like pine and 3rd but this one I wouldn't trust with a penny.

Marlen is the best! She always has a smile on her face and is so fast and helpful. Honestly, I love making deposits when she is available. And don't get me wrong, everyone else has been wonderful, too. Great group and always so quick and helpful!

Absolute b******** These people don't care about your money unless it's going in thier pocket. I wouldn't trust them with a piggy bank. All they do is smile in your face and act disrespectful. If you have money in this bank I pray for you and your funds

Deserves 10 stars if possible for customer service! Mr. Randel Stuart (Bixby Knolls) made opening a business account look like kindergarten school work it was so easy. Still hooks me up to this day since opening the account.

They must of re trained or hired new tellers since they moved locations. I felt really welcomed the moment I stepped foot in the door. Adolfo Lopez gave me excellent customer service. Thanks for being so helpful and patient. Keep up the good work F&M.

I'd give fewer stars, negative if it were a possibility. This bank is the epitome of every rich trope. It is as if Scrooge McDuck and Ebenezer Scrooge had an even angrier baby. Angry that poor people dare exist and during a pandemic no less. Simply said, Farmers and Merchants hates poor people. Farmers and Merchants penalized disabled children and single mothers especially hard. Farmers and Merchants takes a punitive view of its customers to the point that the managers I think must sell their soul prior to accepting the job, that's the only way they could possibly see SSI as the only income and still feel confident, nay, COMFORTABLE locking a single mother's bank account.

I would like to start off by saying I am very displeased with this branch. I came in today to do a transaction come to find out they will not update my book. I asked the teller why not you touch my drivers license you touch dirty money. I establish that it's Covid but money is filthy. If that's the case then the tellers needs to wear gloves and I'm quite sure that they have hand sanitizer and cleaner solution to wipe things down. I had to go all the way across town to Bixby just to get good service.

Excellent customer service and a culture that is old school & client-centric. The entire staff makes you feel as if you are their only client. I have a small business & incorporated. The folks at Farmers have been very helpful and walked me though the processes... highly recommend !

Terrible customer service. I came in with a check of a large amount from an account at their own bank... They kept coming up with one excuse after another of why I wouldn't be able to open an account there.
