I was at Lakewood, Ca Kids Footlocker when I saw a group of kids run in for Youth Pandas Low girl said she had 25 pairs sold only 8 in the process one staff took a shoe to Footlocker two stores down the African American manager from footlocker brought her a receipt looks like her pair was ran at the footlocker cause she was on the clock and couldn’t run herself up. This is how this stores do it take from local shoppers. While in line someone recognized the cashiers boyfriend do that’s how they knew what was dropping. This is her on the picture. FYI this cook groups pay them well for each pair $40 each so do the math $40x10. That’s the cashier that is helping the resellers.

I came in here last week to buy my 6-year-old grandson a pair of Nikes since his feet are getting bigger. The shoes fit and he is happy with them. Then I asked him to pick out a pair of shoes that HE liked, which he did. Size 2 was too small, so the young lady suggested the next size up: 2 1/2. He tried those on but told us they were uncomfortable by what I believe was his instep, showing us where he meant. Then I also saw and bought, on impulse, a black tee-shirt, size small, for me. (No way would it have fit me. What was I thinking?) We went back today to return the tee-shirt. After I gave Maribel the tee-shirt and receipt, she said, "Okay. Is this a return or exchange?" I said "Return" and was expecting $12. She said it was only $3.00 and I was like "What?" and she showed me the price tag: originally $12, sale price $3. I laughed and said I would exchange it for something for my grandson and she helped me look. I found some shorts on sale for $4.99. Monserat rung them up for me. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and helpful. So polite!

i came into the store and the employee kyre r. was very helpful. he communicated very well with me as i was asking if i could use my 10$ off coupon for the dunks. he was unsure and called his manager and was still communicating with me while on the phone. after figuring out that i was able to use it. he checked me out efficiently and quick. excellent customer service

Kids Footlocker sucks don't make online orders they rip you off you make a mistake or typo ur order will be shipped no changes can be made to address. Never shipping at kids footlocker ever.

THEY ARE RIDICULOUS. I just bought some shoes and I decided to take them back and they won't take them. They say it's worn if they see one SPECK of lint on there that's unacceptable. The manager doesn't even do anything about it. Don't return anything there the customer service is trash.

Rude employees! They sold my daughter a floor sample without telling her. When I saw them I told her these need to be returned because they looked to be in less than perfect condition. When I went in to return them Jessica immediately said "NO you can't have your money back because these have been used"! Seriously! How ridiculous. Making me come back 2 days later to speak to a manager (why is there no management on site for 2 days!?) who was defending the nasty behavior of her associate Jessica! Saying I was cussing Jessica out. Well I wasn't. That is a lie. I was upset with the situation and raising my voice, which is understandable given the fact that I knew these shoes were unworn and I was being accused of returning used shoes. Only to later find out from the manager that they were in fact a floor sample! Why didn't Jessica know that! All of this could have been avoided if she was properly trained. I am the customer and you don't treat people like that if you want them to come back and spend their hard earned money on your products. There are plenty of shoe stores out there. The fact of the matter is, the shoes were a floor sample and in bad condition. These should not have been sold to anyone. They took advantage of my teenager.

Yesterday my husband made a purchase in the amount of $78.88 and after making this purchase he decided to buy all four of the kids an outfit for thanksgiving. Came in to buy my son some sneakers and was happy to see a man who actually enjoys his job. It was Black Friday and I'm sure no employees wanted to be there. But this man with a big beard (didn't get his name) went out of his way to make my son leave more than pleased with his new shoes! (Even if they weren't the ones I was rooting for) thank you!!!

I asked for Adidas Lillard 2.0 and they said they had them. When I came to the store the lady said she had the shoes. I waited awhile an she came back with Jordan's. I said for clarification "ADIDAS Lillard 2.0" She apologized and told me she would look. She came back with an adidas box that said Lillard, but when I look at them they were Lillard 1. I called in advance and drove a long way to find out that the employee did not know there stock.
