So for whatever reason this mall and the GNC website had posted this location as open when I first visited even though they had no store open anywhere at the mall. Recently had to go to this mall and now there actually is a GNC store inside the mall. I did not go inside the store as I no longer needed anything from there anymore so I can only update about the store being there and open

My go to for my vitamins, my women's GNC multivitamin I believe they changed up some of the ingredients but I still take them because they're light on the stomach and they definitely work for me, I always receive good Customer Service when I shop at GNC. I would rate of five if they go back to the old formula.

I had a really bad experience today at the Signal Hill CA store where I just walked out. I ended up stopping in to the Lakewood Ca store and was met by Matt who immediately flipped my experience. He was super friendly, very helpful. Knew the products. I ended up joining the GNC program and bought some products. He really turned things around. Thank you Matt!

Ordered a product online for in store pickup and never received an email or confirmation. I called the store multiple times and was told my order doesn’t pop up. I call customer service and of course they are closed. I had to wait till the next day to call back. I call the next day and the man is clueless. He then proceeds to tell me my order was declined via my bank so it never went through. Uhm excuse me, the money was taken out of my bank how is it declined. He then keeps telling me it’s declined and the money was never taken out. I explain to him multiple times how the money was taken from my account and I then ask for a manager. He puts me on hold for 10 minutes to then tell me “can we call you back”. NO you can’t call me back I need this resolved now. I already had to wait to call and now I have to sit around and wait around for someone to call me back. Ridiculous. Worst customer service ever. Won’t refund my money because it wasn’t taken from my account, yet the money was taken from my account. Now I have to go through my bank to dispute. Annoying! I will never order from here again. Save your time and go somewhere else because GNC is a fraud.

Do not go! The staff is so rude and unprofessional! No one knows what they are doing! I'm so unhappy,whatever you do, do not place an order in store! You will not receive it! They do not give money back with out any item! But of course they did not inform me about this!!! The order was placed in store and I should of received it within three business day,it's not been three weeks and still have nothing to show.

I was sent here to pick up protein powder with NO2 in it. The employee had no idea what i was asking for and was not helpful at all. She almost seemed upset i was trying to spend money in the store and take away time from her staring at her cell phone.
