Worst experience ever., and I was recommended here. The worker Linda didn't know how to work the register. She cut my hair uneven. I told her my hair is wavy because I crimped it that she'll need to shampoo before cutting, but she cut anyways. I don't think she even knew how to cut hair. Afterwards she decided to shampoo my hair then cut it again. Then charged me wrong. Took her almost 20 mins to figure out how to correct her mistake then charged me extra still because she couldn't fix it. Very disappointedServices: Shampoo & conditioning

Go see Frank (formerly at Regis)he will take care of you. Frank is the best and does great work. He is there Tuesdays - Sundays from 11 am - 7 pm off on Mondays a d Tuesday.

Lanita does an amazing job with my hair every time! She recently braided my hair and I'm super pleased with it! She braids so neat and always makes sure you walk out looking good! When she does my hair I'm always getting compliments and questions about who did it. I definitely recommend her to all my friends and family!

Lanita does my daughter hair and i like how she does it and make it last longer then mines. But im greatful on how she did my hair today and i appreciate that she understand that i myself is a very tenderhead person that don't like tight hair style so i may make her my daughter and mine new hairstyler. Is really good with dyeing hair but are not experienced with working with long hair. Now days beauticians aren't being taught properly. I'm banned from JC Penny Hair Salon because I was being forced to pay for a service that was incomplete and I refused to pay until service was complete. I was told I would be arrested and I freaked out. I was yelling, arguing and coursing when stylist called security and management so they could have me arrested. I got District Manager involved and she made sure I got refunded for both screw ups. Her main goal was to make sure I was satisfied.
