My mother passed away in May 2023. She lived in Hawthorne, California and I lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I was her trustee; thereby, timely fiduciary actions were warranted during the four months of my "temporary residency" in California. KFCU demonstrated empathy, professionalism and with-it-ness during the process of handing her accounts expeditiously.

Marlene Pollack gave honestly the best service I've ever received from a bank teller. She's super patient and extremely nice, and she was very informative on everything we needed to do to process our loan. Definitely wouldn't mind being helped by her every time I came here! Excellent service!

This location is a good establishment with staff ready to assist in any financial transactions and questions. I was able to open an account with the help of one their Financial Advocate name Brittany. She was really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in her field of work.

It hit or miss with the Lakewood branch. Sometimes the wait goes fast but most of the time people having a long process and it takes forever.
