Every time I bring my dog here the staff is always very friendly and thorough about the process/procedure. I always feel comfortable bringing my dog here! This was my pup after his heart worm test!

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted with my experience at Lakewood Pet Vet. On two separate occasions, I rushed my dogs to this clinic when they were on the verge of dying, and both times they were refused emergency medical care. Luckily, I was able to rush my fur babies to another vet, where they received the care they desperately needed. It’s such a waste to have a vet office in the neighborhood that refuses to help when it matters most. The receptionists were unhelpful and lacked the empathy and knowledge necessary for handling emergencies. I cannot recommend this veterinary office based on my experiences, and I urge others to seek care where their pets will be valued and treated with compassion.

Connie was great. It was my 4 month old Yorke first visit. My dog and I both had anxiety. I didn’t know how he was going to react. Connie was understanding and patient with both of us. She care full to ensure my dog had a good experience. I waited around during his grooming. She kept me updated throughout the grooming.

We took Cookie to Lakewood Pet Vet Saturday for Dr Keunhong Lee to check the wound on her neck that she keeps scratching. We applied the medicated wipes and ointment twice a day for a week. Her wound was about the same as expected. Dr Lee checked her thoroughly. We are to continue the medicated wipes and ointment until her appointment on the 19th for her Selencia shot and recheck on her neck as well as a culture to make sure she does not have another problem causing her to scratch her neck. Dr. bringing Lee and all the staff are always great. We are very pleased with their service.

The doctor taking care of my dog she was very nice and pleasant.
The staff at the checkout were very efficient and courteous.
