Fast, efficient and very friendly service. I needed a tire replaced during my lunch break and they had it done before I was even eating. I called them before hand and it was immediately answered and had all my questions and concerns addressed. Super professional and made an annoying inconvenience very easy to fix. Price was cheaper than some other quotes and a great value for the type of service I got. 10/10 Overall

I called for an alignment appointment at 1, and dropped my car off. I know alignments take about an hour, and because I also needed tires, I knew it’d take a little longer. I waited about two hours at a coffee shop, called them and was put on hold for a while. I just hung up and walked back to see what was up, only to find my car was in the same spot. I asked them and they said they were just about to get started on it after they finished lunch and it’d be another hour. They never said anything about that at all. I told them to just give me my keys back but they said they’ll double team it and it’d take 30 minutes (took 45). They offered a discount for the inconvenience, which sounded great. But it was only $20 off a $780 service. Definitely not coming back here. I ended up waiting almost 4 hours for this.

Jeff was amazing. He was reliable, knowledgeable and kind. He helped us troubleshoot our car and made us feel comfortable with the leakage during the hot weather. He reassured us that it was a water leakage instead of anything else. He gave us further advice to verify if indeed it is just water in the future.

I'm very surprised in a good way with Mountain View Tire and Auto service. My car battery was basically on the verge of going out and I called around to see if anything was open on a Sunday. I called in and they said they'd be able to do my battery testing and replacement all in the same day within a short amount of time. Jeff and the other gentleman (I didn't get his name unfortunately) were very polite and professional. I basically was in and out in about less than 2 hours.

I went in on Mother’s Day to get a tire patched from a nail in the rear driver’s side. Jeff told me my tire was too old to patch and recommended a new tire. I was skeptical but agreed. He quoted a price for the new tire which was reasonable so I obliged. Jeff came back in the waiting room and escorted me to the garage and showed me that I had a SECOND NAIL in my passenger rear tire. Now I’m suspicious and called my husband. I told Jeff that something wasn’t right about this and of course he was offended. He then proceeded to show me that all of my tires were expiring and I should replace all but one because it was only a year old from a flat I’d gotten last year. My one good tire from Costco was a Bridgestone but the ones Mountainview were selling were Good Year, a lower grade. After my husband went back and forth with Jeff we finally settled on a price for all four tires and alignments. I had to replace my NEW Bridgestone tire so that all FOUR tires matched. The Bridgestone tire would then be used as a spare but because it was too large to be mounted in the back of my SUV, they neglected to inform me and just put in the back of my truck. They did offer discounts on the some of the services but the issue that still doesn’t sit well with me is that SECOND nail and I feel that I was taken advantage of. I don’t want to accuse them of foul behavior in placing that second nail in my tire but it keeps bothering me. I normally go to the Infiniti dealer for my car services and had just been recently. I knew if I really needed new tires, Infiniti would have told me because that’s more money for them but I would’ve gone back to Costco because that’s where we purchased my tires. Best part of this story, my husband insisted that I donate my new Bridgestone tire to Mountainview, even after my suspicions of that second nail and unnecessary purchase, otherwise I’m stuck with a tire. Here’s the thing, if people can sleep at night for being shady, then it let’s you know just how much soul they lack. Karma is NO joke. Let go and let God handle them.

I needed a flat repaired and I knew it was just a patch job because of the position of the nail in the tire.They could've nickeled and dime me, and suggested I get another tire but they did not. The general manager is an honest guy, and I could tell by his demeanor and the way he speaks to the customers that were person as well as over the phone as sat in the lobby waiting. Every seems like they all on the up and up. My patch job was $30. Slightly higher than what You would expect in the Hood area of downtown Long Beach on 10th St. and such, of course but I was guessing that's about what I would pay anyhow.A job well done and I was very pleased.

Made an appointment, they had my car info, i prepped my car, cleared my schedule to be there on time. Guy who helped me when I was there seemed eager to send me on my way without much help. When i asked if i could change the tire, he was quick to say "oh I don't think we have anything that small". Could've mentioned that during the call. No attempts to book a future appointment or offer to order the tire where made. Honestly, didn't seem eager to help, so i didn't insist. I called another tire place, they didn't have the tire either BUT offered to order it and placed an appointment for another day. Which is what I expected here. Sorry it didn't work out but I'll be going elsewhere.

Stay away from this place. I have to give them one star to be able to do the review otherwise I will give them zero or -10. Took my truck in for regular service and inspection off the brakes they told me bring it in we can get on it right away after 2 hours I called in and they told me not yet you are next, after 3 hours they told me again your next, after 4 hours they still have not touch my truck . I told him I wanted my keys so I can take it home they didn't care, they gave me my kids and they didn't care at all if Wasted my day waiting for a simple oil service on the truck . So after the end of the day I took the truck home without anything done to it and wasted my day. This place is a total joke don't waste your time going there

My service light came on in my car. I pulled in here, took them less then 30 minutes to run diagnostic.Told me what was wrong with it according to the service light and recommended, I take it to the dealer. I appreciate their service and more than that, they're honesty. I will certainly go back here when needed.

This place is SLOW. Seems like a nice location but this is my second time and the service is very slow. They'll tell you two hours and then you come back and they'll tell you two more hours. The first time I had to leave because it had been two hours and they hadn't even touched my car. I don't know if they're under staffed or what but be prepared to wait if you come here and be lied to about how long it will take. I value honesty and transparency and you won't find that here. Disappointing.

For years I have come here, and will continue to only come here because the customer service is on point. They will squeeze you in if they can, depends on what time of the day you come in, or like the DMV it's just better to make an appointment. They have great prices and a protection plan and everyone there always looks happy and very polite, the positive attitudes of the workers and management is what keeps me coming back ~ Roseanne

Do not take your car here!!**follow up... the following day after replacing the "bad" starter, our car arlarm keeps going off randomly for no reason! We took our Honda in to have the a/c tested,said it would take a couple of hours, but they ended up keeping it overnight. The next day, they said our compressor was bad and would cost over 2k. We decided to pick it up and get other quotes. Drove it directly to the store less than 2 miles away and it wouldn't start. Had to have it towed back to the shop. I expected they would fix it and return it in the same condition we dropped it off in, running. but instead they said our starter was bad & it would cost +$700 to fix. Purely coincidental (or suspect) that the starter went bad an hour after leaving the repair shop. Also sharing this with the Better Business Bureau as I'm not the only one this has happened to.

After a horrendous experience at Tustin MV Tires and them treating me like garbage, I called Lakewood on a rainy Sunday afternoon while I was still at Tustin MV and Jeff the manager graciously helped me to get an oil change and tire rotation appointment within 30 minutes, even though they were closing at 4. When I got there he even took another woman last minute. Thank you Jeff for getting me in and out so quickly and also thank you for the complimentary wifi and donuts. You juggle a million things at a time (and make it look easy). Places like Tustin can learn a lot from you and your customer-friendly team. Tustin treated me like garbage and Jeff treated me like gold. Thank you again, Jeff!

I have been coming here for years now. Great service. Very professional. Of course, there's always going to be something one doesn't like for instance, my tires were over inflated once. And that was corrected and that never happened again. Another time, my lug nuts were torqued on a little too tight and I brought it to Randy's attention and that has never happened again. I really like this place and I will continue to come here.
