Staff seem friendly, but gives off a vibe that they prefer not to help in installing item you bought. I’m sure they won’t say it out loud, but their body language shows the truth. If the company only pays right, you wouldn’t get staff who don’t got the extra mile.

Horrible service...sell you parts with warranty and then they don't honor it.. Train your staff better including management. That's why I go to Autozone. Zero stars if possible.

Clerk tonight was not helpful. Totally useless to the matter. Nothing compared to all the other o'riley. I've ever been. Going to downey oreilly.
