I would not recommend going to do your taxes here based on several factors. The first time I did my taxes with her, she showed up 30 min late to the appointment. I'm a very busy person just like everyone else and I had to rearrange my work schedule to make the appointment on time. I decided to give it another try this year. This time she forgot to file the actual taxes. I looked up my account under the IRS website and it had never been filed so I called her and asked what happened. She claimed I told her to wait, which I never did. At least OWN up to your mistake and don't blame it on me. I found this very unprofessional. She also recommended that my daughter file her taxes even though she made under 11,000 last year claiming she could get money back. Bad advice! My daughter owed money to IRS and then had to pay to get the taxes filed in addition. Unfortunately I've wasted a lot of my time waiting and calling her do her job. Needless to say, I will not be coming back next year.

This is the second year Wendy has done our taxes. She is very knowledgeable about the tax laws and additional forms as we have rental property too. Her personality is refreshing and she completes the taxes quickly. Her prices are reasonable so we had her do our daughters taxes as well. I would definitely recommend her and we be utilizing her services in future years.

it's been four years now that we've been coming here! we moved really far from lakewood but we still couldn't trust anyone to do our taxes except for jenny! as always she's super helpful and amazing at what she does! i'm always recommending people to her because we know she's the best at it

This was my first year being self-employed. I went in thinking I would owe thousands. Well let me just say , that upon leaving I was very happy with the outcome. This place is very professional and courteous as well as thorough. She made sure to get all my deductions and was patient with me looking through my emails for receipts. I will use again for taxes for now on. Very satisfied customer.
