We walked into the restaurant today around 2pm on a Friday. We ordered TWO baskets! Okay TWO! We waited! And waited! Don’t mind me it was me and my kids with my husband. We keeped on waiting and waiting. We started noticing everybody after us was getting their food. And ours wouldn’t get called.. after 40min we walked to the counter and asked “where our order” 2 young gentleman just started laughing and told my husband “you have a big order you have to wait” mind me it canes you only can choose from 3 things on the menu! So of course it was bothersome and we just continued to wait. after a while I asked for a manager. The manager approached us with no professionalism! Once we told him what was going on. Mr.Dylan didn’t know what to do.. he answered what do you want me to do. As a manager shouldn’t you know what to do? How professional is it for the employees to laugh when they deleted an order. And have the guest waiting over 40min to get TWO baskets.
