The worst. I try not to let one dumba@@ ruin an otherwise pleasant day, but these fools tried. Called for some HVAC supplies. The phone rang and rang, then a snippy princess picks up the phone and demands answers. I was on the phone so long I had to find something to do, so I didn't have my papers/exact quantities.with me Just trying to see if they had the items, but the guy insists on taking more of my time by drilling me for company info. When I didn't respond the right way, he said, "good luck" and hung up. Sorry princess. I don't work for YOU. Glad I don't. Sigler won't get any of my business. Life's too short, and some people will never learn.

Buyer beware. I would compare dealing with this company (along with the Carrier Corporation) to Dante's first circle of hell. They place you in limbo regarding any detailed questions surrounding product specifications. They each punt questions to the other. When I call Carrier, they say "You can only get product info from a dealer." If I call Sigler and ask for product info, they either refer me back to Carrier, or transfer me to someone with zero product knowledge, or place me on hold so long I finally give up, or promise to get back to me, which never happens. No matter how persistently I try to find answers, they all just keep punting. I'm now convinced that any homeowner wanting to install a new heater/ac unit is at the mercy of installers, with whom there is zero basis of standardized pricing. Good luck finding any two installers whose price estimates to install the exact same equipment are comparable. The entire "value chain" (installers, dealers, manufacturers) feels rigged to gouge consumers who can never feel confident whether a new piece of prepaid expensive equipment can be feasibly installed until after its been delivered onsite.

Fernando helped me out today. I had a system on will call. He couldn't locate it immediate because of the way that the order was placed, but he followed up thoroughly for me. Fernando was friendly, professional, quick, and very helpful. If you visit a lot of parts counters/distributors, you know that this is the exception, rather than the rule. Oh, and they're dog friendly. Joaquin had a good experience there, as well.

These guys are a joke. Placed an order on will call. Returned 2 days later to pick up order and nothing was found in their system. Next I placed order for the second time around and they left a coil missing after the guy repeated my order. Are you stupid or are you d**** Which one. Go to Brea branch I will from now on.
