Terrible experience. Feel like they lied to me just to get me down there. I asked how much to clean up in the back & around the ears on the sides. She says, "oh that's an edge cut, it's $14, come on down". I go down. They sit me down cut for 30 seconds then my barber goes to chat on the phone for a few minutes comes back & turns the clippers over & spends another 30 seconds squaring the back & sends me omw. No attempt to blend it into the hairline at all. I said, "I could have had anyone do that at home", & she says anything other than that is a full cut price. So, instead of communicating that to me properly before hand she lied to get me down there for a $14 service most people generally do themselves. She knew damn well I wasn't trying to get the 30 second upside down trimmer treatment. Unethical & bad service. ? Tried SuperCuts 2x times now, & have left feeling bad about either myself or the experience both times. A full cut is $12 more at $26. I most likely would have just booked that or just gone somewhere else had she been honest. Below is a picture of what the back looks like & both of my side burns are shaped completely different. 1 going horizontal the other diagonal. If you're going to lie to someone to get them down for a $14 cut, make sure to at least get that right.

I got a shampoo and blow dry from Jesse and he was wonderful, Gave me with one of the most relaxing shampoo ever. From my husband: Ladonna has been cutting my hair for years and I will not go to anybody else. Period end of story. I’m at the point where I just need to sit in the chair and that’s it. She does a perfect job every time. Five stars.

Ladonna is amazing! I’ve been her faithful customer for a year or two now and she has demonstrated nothing but excellent service. The new set up for the chairs however was an issue. Ergonomically it made her task so much more daunting and was not conducive for proper work flow. I am a tall gentleman so it was uncomfortable for me in tandem. I just don’t understand why we couldn’t move the seat back half a foot. Please fix this. Thank you.Service: Haircut

I’ve been getting my haircut with Brenda Jaramillo for a few years now. She always does a great job with my hair and always makes me feel comfortable while I’m in the chair. Mark C.I made a appointment and still waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time, there was NO ONE waiting when I walked in, and only 1 women in the chair getting her hair done. Their were 3 hair stylists there and 2 of them kept coming from the back telling me someone will be with you soon. Still waited for 30 minutes. It was 2pm on a wedensday, seems slow and quiet. Just seemed like they just didn't care. When I did finally get in the chair my stylist really seemed to struggle cutting my hair, I am assuming she was not very experienced, so it took a while. When it came time to pay she charged me for the cut and shampoo and all she did was cut my hair. When I asked her why, she responded... oh that's right...really??? wow!!! How do you not know that?? I guess I wasn't suppose to notice the added cost. I really don't need a homerun when it comes to customer service, but when you make someone feel like you don't want to be there, its not a nice experience. Here is to hoping future customers will experience better service.
