All Home Depots are not alike. There are some good ones and bad ones. Some of them more organized than the others. Some of them better staffed than others. It is just a job but some people actually care about their job. This Home Depot checked all the boxes for a good one. Well organized staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming check out process very easy online order easy to pick up. And accurate.

Update - 12/3/23Just came to buy a Christmas tree and it was a very busy night. So unorganized. There was no specific sign to let you know where the line is so we had to re lineup. The line didn't move cause every worker went on break or lunch. When you go inside there is no one at the cash register so there's a gigantic line for self checkout. They had some workers at self checkout but that's basically pointless. Fix this cause this was an unbelievable mess.

The big old man at the Fresh Christmas tree pickup area is soooo rude. He really needs to learn how to provide good customer service. Will not recommend buying fresh Christmas tree here. Go to Costco next to Home Depot for cheaper price!!!!

I am giving this Home Depot five stars today. We were looking for a Christmas decoration online. It said that this Home Depot had four of them in stock. When we got there, we couldn't find any of them. We asked for help from a gentleman who happened to be the assistant manager, Zak K. This man is the reason for the five star rating. He went over and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. He couldn't find it anywhere. He offered me $50 off of another decoration of my choice. He didn't have to do that. He has great customer service and I hope that all other employees learn from him.

Dishonest lumber staff when I requested for assistance. Lied in front of me that he's helping customers but i fact he's chatting with another staff memeber. All customers apart from him were handled by other 3 staffs. I left immediately. Went to Lowe's where Lowe's staff memeber helped me to get what I want.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Home Depot I recently visited Home Depot with high hopes of finding the tools I needed and utilizing their color-matching paint machine. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, I encountered a significant delay in obtaining a specific tool that I required. The tool was locked up, and despite my efforts to seek assistance, I found myself waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. This lack of prompt attention and support was frustrating and hindered my ability to complete my project efficiently.To add to the disappointment, I discovered that their paint machine, which is supposed to offer color-matching services, was out of service. This setback made it impossible for me to achieve the desired color for my paint project, leaving me with limited options and a less than satisfactory outcome.What further compounded my disappointment was the lack of assistance from the staff. Throughout my visit, I struggled to find someone willing to address my concerns and provide the necessary support. The overall lack of customer service and genuine care for their patrons was disheartening.I understand that issues can occur at any establishment, but the lack of prompt resolution and assistance at Home Depot was particularly discouraging. As a customer, I expected more from a reputable home improvement store like Home Depot.I sincerely hope that Home Depot takes note of these concerns and works towards improving their customer service, ensuring that customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Until then, I would caution others to be prepared for potential frustrations and setbacks when visiting Home Depot.

5 stars for Monica and Gonzalo in the paint department. I needed to get a color match on some paint I currently had in my garage and they went above and beyond to get the exact color for me. It took 3 attempts to match the color bcuz the machine kept producing a lighter color than the original paint color, however they didn't give up! Color match... Success!They even called my cell phone and text me when my paint was ready to ensure I was satisfied with the final color. I highly recommend the Lakewood Home Depot and the customer service from the staff .

Good selection but unprofessional service. Either a long line to rent tools with just a single person there or a few employees hanging out there when there isn’t a line of people. They rarely seem to wear uniforms too, so you never know who is working or not.

I rarely need or want to go to Home Depot but when I do, it's this one I come to (since it's around the corner). This is going to sound funny, but I've only gone for the plants so far. And I'm a happy camper. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They even have great tips for growing plants. Service has been great so far. I don't have to wait. And, they always have answers for me. I also came to have keys made. That was a quick trip, as well.

My husband and I decided not to grab a cart thinking we would only get a couple of items lightbulbs and tarps.. well of course we ended up stopping for a trash can too. My husband stuffed the light bulbs and the tarps into the trashcan because we didn't get a cart. We then proceeded to the to check out.. we didn't even get to the register before Emily told us to open the trashcan it was policy... I mean we didn't even get to the register to check out. RUDE. I understand people steal... But lightbulbs and a tarp? CALM DOWN..

We came to this Home Depot to return items and purchase some blinds. First we were greeted by Seleina in Customer Service. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Then we needed help in Mini blinds and Nico Rios stayed after his shift to not only help, but cut to size 10 different blinds. It's nice to have this service. It's hard to come by these days. Thank you!!

1. the ignoramus that was trying to sell heating & cooling that accosted me in garden at 11am & socked my arm then forgot me 10 minutes later at 11:10am at check out & touched me AGAIN! if this is your sales policy STOP IT! if it's him tell him to stop it! 2. a clerk listened to only the first half of my request & sent me to the wrong aisle.

Basically, Home Depot is fine if you know what you want. If youo don't know what you want and you need help, you're up the creek...Unfortunately, their staffing seems to emphasize checking you out of the store as opposed to actually assisting you with questions. I've seen workers there literally duck their heads and quicken their pace to escape customers approaching with questions. It's happened to me more than once. The most helpful people work in the paint section. After that, good luck. Overstaffed at the checkout lines (to counter thefts?) and understaffed in the actual departments. Workers would rather chat with each other, usually complaining about having to stock this or clear out that. In summary, this Home Depot is horrible with customer service; they're not rude, they just don't want to help you. Other than that, it's a good store.

Came here to grab some screws and anchors Saturday morning. Two different associates told me they'd call someone to help me on aisle 18 (~ 8:55am from the paint area; then ~ 9:10am from the Pro area). Twenty minutes have passed and no one has come or checked in with me or aisle 18. Home Depot works for what you need but not when you need assistance. Update (3 minutes after posting review): two associates came by the same aisle and helped out one guy. Neither asked me if I needed help although there were only two of us in the aisle (maybe they thought it was sexist if they asked me if I need help? Idk). Shoutout to Daniel for walking by and stopping to help me even though it wasn't his area of speciality.

JESSE JAMES IN PLUMBING WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! We requested help in the plumbing department (we have no experience). We are so lucky we got to work with Jesse. He is extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question we had with thorough detail. We had some questions about what certain parts were and what they were used for and Jesse made sure to show us how they worked and explained to us how we would be using them for our project. Jesse was very professional and overall AMAZING! We feel very confident to use the products we purchased for our bathroom remodel!!
