The merchandise was low on perfumes. So that means many go there for them. I thought they were closing, but not so.There is an offer when you get their credit card. Any items you buy at that initial time, 20% off of each item!Tempting but I don't want another credit card, I'll be buying half the store! I like this particular store it's convenient & well kept.

My first experience at this Ulta wasnt very nice. I came to pick up an order and also had questions for the employees there. Another customer that was there before me was not in line and they helped her . I was standing there by the cashier & there was also employees walking around me, nobody asked if I needed help . Then there was another person who was “where the line starts” when the cashier said next I was walking up and she told me where the line started. I told her I just needed some assistance regarding a pick up order and told me I was still in the wrong line. I was very upset because she saw me and could have told me where the line starts or the employees could have as well. My tip to Ulta is please acknowledge your clients .

This is regarding their salon services:I had an appointment with Esme on a Saturday. Not only did she slay my hair, she was also training an associate at the same time.This is my first time getting my hair professionally dyed. Esme not only exceeded expectations but also changed my perspective on professional hair care.First she assessed my hair and asked several questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. I was super impressed as she called several specs to different strengths of lightener she used for different steps in the process. I was not expecting the attention to detail she paid to every strand of my hair.It took a few hours (for my naturally black hair) to lighten exactly the way she wanted it, but the results are incredible. I currently have the hair of my dreams and very stoked about it. I'm already trying to figure out when I need a touch up so I can make my next appointment with Esmeralda.

The security guard will follow you around. Dude has no kind is DISCERNMENT!!!! Just because I have a tote, doesn't mean I'm here to steal. I just stared BACK at him. I will not return to this location.

Great products great experience. If you need to try products without a lot of unnecessary spending they have miniature versions for sale.

I had the worst experience at the in Lakewood. The manager is extremely rude hated my experience here. I am never returning here. If they don’t change the management team it’s a possibility they can shut down this ulta. No wonder the store is always empty.

do not go to this location!!! i came in at 7:53 needing one thing and the security guard at the front was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me into the store. don’t say you close at 8 when you basically close at 7:50, smh

I have been an Ulta member and cardholder for years… recently went to shop for products to create gift baskets for Mother’s Day for friends and family and had to use the restroom. Now if you know Ulta, the restrooms are available for customers… especially if you know you are going to be there shopping for awhile. They would not allow it, no longer open to the public…If you have a hair and make up salon in your facility and your location is known for its long lines, the restrooms should be available for customers. I even offered to show them my Ulta credit card to justify I’m a loyal customer and just need to use the restroom so I can continue shopping! Nope was denied and now not only did I have to find a restroom, they also lost the business. It’s Ridiculous! There should be a visible sign informing regular customers this is no longer an option anymore , so we are aware BEFORE we walk into the store. Allowing customers to decide how long they will be in there just in case. Very disappointing!

Came in, got what i needed and walked up to the counter, the one girl working that was near the counter seen me and still walked away. Stood there for a couple minutes with NO ONE at the register working, then i see another girl walk up. No "hi" no "how are you?" No "sorry about that i can help you here" even when i got to the counter, nothing. No words other than "phone number?" It was the girl with short bright pink hair. Another girl walked up and started talking to her about a tester product, they talked about it the entire time i was standing there with the girl with bright pink hair just holding my money instead of finishing the transaction THEN talking about their issue with the tester product. She told me my change and gave me my receipt while continuing to talk to the other girl. No "thank you" no "have a good day" nothing. She had a dirty look on her face the ENTIRE time. Maybe thats just her face but she should be guided in some common courtesy and politeness. The people that work in these stores are supposed to help customers with their needs and be nice about it. Its a store that sells beauty products, youd think the women would be a bit more friendly instead of making customers feel NOT WELCOME!

I needed to make a return from a bad purchase at the Ulta at LBX, the girls here are much nicer. Though I hate coming to the mall, the Ulta here is a lot more helpful than the rude employees and customers down the street

Jennifer and Alexis went above and beyond during this visit to Ulta! They showed exceptional customer service and were extremely accommodating toward me.I called to do an item check and my items were placed on hold: - DONNA's Recipe Sweet Potato Pie Extra Creamy Hair Cream - DONNA's Recipe Sweet Potato Pie Extra Creamy Nourishing Shampoo My items were waiting for me when I came in for pick-up. I thoroughly appreciated the service I received at this location and do recommend to anyone looking for particular items that other locations may not have.

Okay so I decided to schedule a hair cut appointment on line because I had a 15.00Off coupon for first time customers . Well after my cut the stylist had me go to cashier to pay and I showed them my coupon this guy said he was the manager he told me he couldn't honor coupon because it had no code for him to scan I explained to him that the ad on there flyer is false advertisement because the ad clearly said 15.00 off your first hair service. I explained to him that I was provided with the ad at that location and that is the reason why I booked my appointment. Please be aware before booking a hair appointment thinking you will be receiving a 15.00 off your first service. I will never ever go back to Ulta.
