To be honest, I've never had a good experience here. I don't know why I go back. Probably for convenience. But today is the last time. I always go in with a friendly positive attitude when I come to drop off my Amazon orders or returns. No one greets you, no one makes friendly conversation. They just make you feel like your a nuisance lol today I went in for my Amazon return and the clerk was glaring at me, i said hello and I waited to see if he was going to help me. He continued to stare. No other customers were in the store. Lol so I took it that he was helping me. The entire 60 seconds I was here made me feel soooooo negative. The vibes were sooooo bad lol. I laugh because of how unbelievably bad the energy is when you walk into this store. Other times I've gone in, they had a bad tone or attitude. I'm done with this location.

I would give zero stars if I could. This store has hands-down the worst customer service. For example, I came in and said "Hi" and the clerk just stared at me (but went right back to talking to his coworker about some girl). I handed him my package and when he gave me my receipt, I said "thank you" and he just turned away. Not even a grunt lol. So while he technically did his job, I felt like I was interrupting his social hour. Another example is when I went in wanting to ship a package to the UK. The guy immediately told me it would cost me probably $1000 (even though he had no idea what I was shipping) and told me I should go to the post office. I asked him exactly how much it would be (and handed him my envelope) and he literally rolled his eyes, huffed, turned to his coworker and shook his head. I politely took my package and left. I think he was too lazy to look up the information. I went there today at lunch, which used to be a busy time, and I was the only one there. I guess I'm not the only person who thinks the employees are rude and classless. In fact, all of my colleagues now go to other UPS stores. If these young people are our future, then God help us. These employees either need major training in social skills or be fired. There are plenty of people who would love to work there who actually know how to act humane.

I had a Nike return that I dropped off at UPS. Nike already gave me a label and I printed it at home. I got there, handled them the package and they gave me back a receipt. It was quick! I was in and out within a few minutes.

4/13/23 I just love receiving stuff-especially cards & boxes that contain things that I've been waiting for:))The staff are always friendly, the place is well maintained & it brings me joy whenever I get items that aren't bills or notices.Love it!

Yesterday, 23Mar2023, I needed to overnight a letter to Austin, TX. I went to the UPS store on Hardwick st in Lakewood. FedEx had wanted $59 for a 1 oz letter. I was shocked at the price. I presumed that UPS would be less expensive. NO-UPS price was $61 for next day and $96 for morning (8AM) delivery - OUTRAGEOUS. THAT'S FOR A 1 OZ LETTER. I don't know how they can stay in business when they gouge their customers!!!! Their prices have gone up something like hundreds of percent in several months; it's crazy!! I ended up going to the USPS (post office). They were friendly; almost no waiting. I used Priority Mail Express (1-day). I just checked and my letter was received in Austin by approximately 1100 local time. The charge was $28.75. Hooray for the US post office!

Had to run in on a Saturday afternoon to print out our boarding passes, & while I was worried about a longgggggg line, nope! The 2 gentlemen working were very fast and friendly. Now, even though their Wi-Fi went down and our order could not be completed, I still appreciate Ignacio. We did get our boarding passes, we just had to go elsewhere to get our baggage tags.

i needed to send my son' s keys to him overnight so the charged me $135 to send it overnight from so cal to nor cal near sacramento. i said it had to be overnight and they said they would do that. they are absolute liars that just say anything to steal your money. my son waited patiently for them to come by the house i had sent it to. they never did and updated their tracking to say that they tried to deliver it but the business was closed. this was no business address! there is no human to talk to on their customer service number. they just lie to your face and take your money because that is their business model. there should be a class action lawsuit against these liars and theives.

I go to this UPS store a lot because I have a small business and buy/return/trade a lot of items. The staff here is super nice, chill but quick, they are always in a good mood, and they know what they are doing. They're very patient -- sometimes I have a million things lol and they always help with a smile.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A NOTARY drive a few extra minutes down Lakewood Blvd and go to the one on McGowen. The woman who is the notary does not know what she is doing and you will pay $15 per signature to have to get it re-done. Also the people who work here are extremely rude and have zero sympathy if something goes wrong or you need extra help they take zero accountability and blame everything on everyone else. How am I to believe they have their stuff in order when there are things everywhere in that place. I have never had a single issue at the UPS on McGowen. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I am a long time customer of this UPS store and there has been hiccups with my packages missing here and there but I continued duping business with them. The challenge today was my daughter went in for a package and not knowing the weight of the package she struggled to pick it up. She then told them she would have to come back for it with some help, the worker then pointed to a dolly and said you can use that. He didn't bother to bring the dolly or load the dolly. I understand it might not be protocol to help a struggling customer with their package but I'm sure there could have been a better approach with hospitality in this situation.

I really prefer to ship/return my packages at this store. I hate the post office and avoid it at all costs. I always end up behind some clueless oldie with a hundred packages at the post office. This store is super fast and has multiple employees to help you.
