This store has terrible service! They’re supposed to close at 4pm on Sunday and I arrived with a package at 3:55pm I know five minutes before they close is not ideal but the men refused to take my package. When you work for a big company like UPS you don’t decide you can just close early. Horrible experience with this location.

Rushed over to make it before closing, made it to a cashier by 3:53pm. Refused to accept my small package and said they shut down all labeling machines before 4pm

Terrible experience with this store #0168. They lost an important and valuable package for us in Nov 2022. I received a check until the end of July 2023 (8 months later), for a lower $ amount than what was insured for the package. They even lost the original check and had to reissue a new one. They did literally almost nothing to try and help us find the package. I investigated more on my side going to the UPS Cerritos customer center where at least they tried locate the package for me. This store is independent from UPS and deals with third parties which makes it complicated, they file the claims themselves so UPS kept directing me to deal with the store manager whom could not even get emails or phone response from his company contacts. The manager never responded to my emails, they never called themselves to provide updates not even to let me know they had received a check. I requested involment from the store owner but no effort was done either and store owner was allusive. They seem to have a high package lost rate and seem to be indifferent about it. Will never due businesses again with them and I will avoid The UPS Store franchises based on this great loss.

I went to there at 6.10pm for get some printouts. I think one employee turned off the printer when he just saw, I was entering to store. The closing time is 6.30pm.

To the manager Train your employees in customer service. It seems as though we are interrupting their time by coming in. Do yourselves a favor and go to another UPS location

I absolutely loathe this location. Unfortunately, it's the closest one so I still go there from time to time. However, I went there Saturday morning at 8:30am, since Google, their own website, and their door says they open at 8:30. I waited there until 9:10am, only because i kept thinking someone has got to show up and open it up soon. But nobody ever did. I ended up having to hit the location by the 605 & Del Amo, which is nicer, friendlier, and always actually open when they're supposed to be.

Yesterday, 23Mar2023, I needed to overnight a letter to Austin, TX. I went to the UPS store on Hardwick st in Lakewood. FedEx had wanted $59 for a 1 oz letter. I was shocked at the price. I presumed that UPS would be less expensive. NO-UPS price was $61 for next day and $96 for morning (8AM) delivery - OUTRAGEOUS. THAT'S FOR A 1 OZ LETTER. I don't know how they can stay in business when they gouge their customers!!!! Their prices have gone up something like hundreds of percent in several months; it's crazy!! I ended up going to the USPS (post office). They were friendly; almost no waiting. I used Priority Mail Express (1-day). I just checked and my letter was received in Austin by approximately 1100 local time. The charge was $28.75. Hooray for the US post office!

Had to run in on a Saturday afternoon to print out our boarding passes, & while I was worried about a longgggggg line, nope! The 2 gentlemen working were very fast and friendly. Now, even though their Wi-Fi went down and our order could not be completed, I still appreciate Ignacio. We did get our boarding passes, we just had to go elsewhere to get our baggage tags.

I love this UPS location better than any others I’ve been to. Everybody I’ve dealt with has been so helpful. Especially when I first started returning Amazon items here and didn’t have much of a clue (apparently) They used my phone and showed me how to accomplish returns efficiently. Love them.

I go to this UPS store a lot because I have a small business and buy/return/trade a lot of items. The staff here is super nice, chill but quick, they are always in a good mood, and they know what they are doing. They're very patient -- sometimes I have a million things lol and they always help with a smile.
