DO NOT GO HERE! The fat girl that supposably helped me out, couldn't help me cause I had a hold on my account. When she called the help line to assist me further they couldn't help me as well, ether cause they spoke very little English or the fact is cause something was wrong with their systems they said. BS, I think what was wrong is the lack of communication with their customer service! Then the fat girl with the black hair tried to sell me Verizon internet saying it gets up to 1000 megs (highly unlikely, cause I had Verizon internet a while back and the most I got out of that tiny little box was 350 megs, don't let them fool you into buying this junk, go to Spectrum or Frontier they have Fios and Cable internet, and with the rain you still get better streaming quality than Verizon)! Overall the customer service sucks big hairy balls, Verizon connection on the phones is great, but their internet & customer service support sucks badly! The sad part is I had $1300 on me and the iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 gig was $1256 with tax, yet they wanted to sell me A LOCKED phone if I was to purchase the iPhone. People if you are buying a new iPhone DON'T BUY IT FROM HERE! Get your new beautiful iPhone from an Apple store I know Cerritos Mall off the 605 on south street has them and for the same price and will sell it to you UNLOCKED! APPLE STORE TO THE RESCUE !!!

Unless you're there to buy a new phone, they won't help you. Had some questions about my plan and the guy refused to check my plan and told me to call Verizon.. their customer service has really gone downhill.

As I had mentioned in the prior review, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, I had signed up for a brand new phone going to get a $400 trade-in guess what instead of simply giving me the $400 to my account they have amortize it over three years Now that is creative financing. In addition I was told I would qualify for a 30 day free trial for their Internet provider. They didn't turn out quite true. They merely billed me for $50 for the unit and when contacted Verizon said yep nope no 30 day free trial, no doubt about it. They have suspicious business practice and underhanded the next time I need to buy a phone it definitely will not be through Verizon and his unfortunate because I have been with him for a long long time but that didn't matter I still got well. I'll let your imagination figure it out.

Anthony, the sales associate who helped me, encountered a "system glitch" that led to him cancelling my original account created online by me and creating a new one in-store. Regrettably, this change was made without my knowledge or consent, and it has resulted in severe repercussions for me. This "system glitch" information was given to me today by Rebecca the Store Manager. To make matters worse, the original account due to this "system glitch" has been mistakenly sent to collections, causing a significant reduction of 160 points in my credit score and all while being in the current process of purchasing my first home. As a single mother of two, I have worked diligently to improve my credit score. However, this incident has severely impacted my family and I. I was in the process of loan approval until my loan officer informed me that my credit score drop resulted in loan declination. Now, the house that my children and I chose after many months of searching is gone. This erroneous debt is both distressing and deeply unfair. I attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to Verizon's customer service, but I have been met with frustration and disappointment as I was repeatedly transferred to different departments without finding any resolution. After a few hours on the phone, I sought assistance by walking in to this corporate store and asked to speak to the Store Manager-Rebecca. During my visit to the store, I politely requested Rebecca's district manager's name and contact information to escalate the matter as she said she's never dealt with my particular situation before and did not know how to proceed. Unfortunately, she declined to provide this information and, in an unfortunate turn of events, asked me to leave the premises. I understand that errors can occur in any business, but the lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism exhibited by the store manager, Rebecca is truly appalling. Reviews with her non existent managerial skills and lack of any customer service are everywhere. Verizon's own website, google, yelp, reddit, glassdoor etc. At what point will Verizon take accountability for Rebecca's actions? Tip if you visit this store: record your interaction with every employee but especially Rebecca.

Adam, solid 10/10! That poor guy sat there for 3 hours with me and helped me sort out all my Verizon based issues haha I've never been a fan of this location BUT I have to say, I've had a change of heart. Adam is super helpful, empathetic, and genuinely kind. He made sure I was taken care of walking into the store, up til the moment he held the door open for me to walk back out. He showed no signs of frustration, kept his cool even when he had to call in for help, and was calm and super polite the entire time. Thanks for making this transaction a wonderful experience and leaving me with a more positive attitude toward this specific location. I can only hope that it wasn't the longest 3 hours of your life, but rather that it sped up your day. :) God bless

Came in today , for an issue & the customer service was terrible . Came in July 19, 2023 at around 5 something . The first person I saw was an older lady with a bun kinda of balayage hair ,. She helped a customer that was before me , totally acceptable but after she finished she left inside and never came back till maybe 20 minutes later keep in mind they had me waiting for like an hour . After she comes back , she just stares at us but never once bothered to reach out and help . Whole time she ignored us & left us just like we didn't exist . A few customers walked in and she rush to help every customer except us. She was the only one not doing nothing but standing around , she didn't acknowledge us but acknowledge everyone else . That's so not fair , and definitely not the customer service you want to receive when coming into the store . I guess that's why people rather do everything online or the phone because the service is bad , iF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I would . After all we got helped by another Man, indeed very polite but mmmm not planning to go to this location EVER.

I came in the Verizon Store with my fiancé and Becky (Manager) was reluctant to help us and was very rude. We purchased a new phone which we picked up from the store and she did not want to help us set up the new phone. She gave me a hard time and threatened to hang up with customer service service when I made a comment and aggressively accused me of being passive aggressive and said she was only helping. My fiancé had to jump in as I was being verbally attacked by this lady. She has the worst customer service skills and needs a new job.

I rarely complain and give a long and poor review however taking into consideration that it has been a few times that I have experienced some kind of challenge at this store, I think is time to speak up Verizon products are amazing and most of the staff are wonderful. I will provide a review based in the way they provide "customer service" only I have observed that Verizon has been struggling for a while providing a great service experience however I have noticed that it got worse after Covid-19 They continue to be short of staff and now with this limited store hours they're making it harder and inconvenient on their customers They seem to acknowledge complaints and they apologize but I don't see improvement nor change Customers Time is precious and I understand that everywhere you go there will be some reasonable waiting time involved however, the waiting time at this location depending on the day and time can be pretty discouraging and time consuming My three chargers quit on me and I didn't want to spend my entire lunch time waiting to be assisted to purchase multiple chargers for my device so I waited until I got off work To my surprise I found out the hard way that this store closes at 6pm. When you're in a retail business they should be more inclusive taking most people's schedules into consideration. Closing at 6:00pm is unacceptable Before arrival I called Verizon customer service line to find out about business hours however the Verizon representative was unaware of the store hours, and he couldn't get that information on their database neither but he provided me the store number (562) 633-5030 to call however this number doesn't connect you to the store so it was a waste of time I got at the Lakewood location at at 6pm sharp only to find out that they were already closed. It's was disappointing I would love to continue to buy directly from Verizon but they're basically forcing us to go to AT&T, Best Buy across the street or Apple Store in Cerritos. They're busy as well however, they seem to have a better customer service in place and they also provide their customers with more options for further convenience making our store experience quicker and easier .. that's sad I been loyal to Verizon over a few decades and there is no doubt they still have a better network than other carriers but they don't seem to be improving on their customer service support I would like to escalate my observations and concerns for further review Apologies mean nothing when you see so many complaints about poor customer service and they're unable to be reliable and accessible with something as simple as their business operating hours being changed not with the customer in mind It was a bit stressful to make accommodations to return the next day before 6pm but made it and I was assisted by KY. She is incredible however because I don't like to keep employees after hours and due to the lack of time available there was no opportunity to look around and being able to buy a few other accessories Verizon you need to work on improving and showing your customers with actions not only words that as you say it we truly are "the Best part of Verizon "

Sales rep Ky was simply wonderful. I needed a new phone urgently, had a poor experience at the Cerritos location. Ky was very personable. She even helped us get a better deal on our account. Glad we ended up going here instead of the Cerritos location. Will be coming to this location from now on.

Just had a great experience at this store. The manager Johnny was the team member that assisted me he was very patient with me he was also very kind to his other team members in this very busy store please be kind everyone's busy. I recommend this store and I recommend Johnny

I'm on a military plan and they still treat me and the people on my plan like trash. This location closed early and didn't give an explanation as to why - shutting the door on one of the fellow veterans on my phone plan. See his review. This has been after a series of screw ups and bad service by Verizon on our phone plan. I've had to waste at least 8 hours on the phone with them the past few days, and then my buddy couldn't even get them to speak to him in person. Of the three of us, one already cancelled their service, and now he is going to as well. That leaves just me. And while I've been with Verizon for 10 years, it appears their customer service has just fallen so far to not make it worth it anymore. Plenty of options out there and they all want military people and plans. And they're cheaper and don't treat people like numbers or trash. If you're military, take your business elsewhere. Losing money is all these scumbags understand.

Pulled up at 6:35pm, they locked the door in front of me saying they are closed. The website said 8pm closing, and I showed them. They shook their head and said no. I asked if there was another Verizon store open, they said no. Very disappointed and looking for a different carrier now. After heard in from the business, I will give it another shot and thanks for your responsiveness.
