The employees of this store deal with more than they are paid to, and are an asset to the community. We should all be grateful they are here daily dealing with all of our demands and nasty attitudes, understaffed and for barely above minimum wage. With almost weekly robberies and assaults by members of the community they serve, we should be extremely thankful this store is one of the few remaining open. Thank you for being there for all of us.

I agree with all comments about this being worst Walgreens EVER!! The Employees act like they don't want to be there as if us customers are forcing them to be there! I go to pick up my RX & at first she had an attitude about me & my full name, then they tell me "since you transferred the rx to this location from a CVS location your insurance already charged you for the CVS one(rx)!".. & I try to respect all hard workers but in my mind if this was transferred to Walgreens around 3pm why did it take until 7:45 pm to tell me this??! I just noticed a bunch of ungrateful(to have a job) lazy pharmacist whom are mostly the younger generation that should've chose a different career path if they don't like what they are doing, this is NOT our(customers)fault!! Ps. I heard they might close down, now I hope so especially if they have been this ungrateful to customers!!

Rude and unprofessional management team. Night manager David should be stocking shelves in the back not dealing with customers. Unbelievably rude and dismissive to a customer asking question. When I called to express my concerns the general manager was unhelpful and not interested. Spend your money elsewhere where grown men don act like teenagers at their first summer job.

Worst Walgreens EVER! Second time I've come here at midnight and they're CLOSEDIt's suppose to be 24 hours Super inconvenient!Why promise to be 24 hours if you always close early? RIDICULOUS

There is a cashier/customer service staff who won't tell you her name. My autistic son asked her her name when she was ringing up our purchase earlier this morning. She said she didn't feel comfortable telling him and wouldn't say what it was. If you're going to be dealing with the public, you should really be friendly. If you don't want to use your name, use a nickname. She made 'me' uncomfortable and embarrassed me because I didn't know what to say in response. Don't put your customers in that position.

I love Walgreens. But tonight I'm rating a 4 star because when I got home and I took out my sisters changed that i wrapped in her receipt , I counted it & she was shorted $5 . I didn't want to go back just for that so we decided to take the loss . Just a lesson to count before leaving !

It is 1:12AM on Wednesday, June 28th, 2023, and the so-called "24/7" Walgreens here, is CLOSED. I figured maybe they're on lunch break? So I called the store & the automated system informed me that the store does close for lunch from 1:30AM-2AM. So???? And to make it more irritating, there was an employee, literally STANDING right behind the door, working very hard at avoiding making eye contact with me or any of the other customers here who need this store to be open. This really sucks. Super disappointed. It's not like we were asking them not to take their breaks, but to just take their breaks at the advertised time. This really inconvenienced my whole evening. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I placed order to pickup received text order ready like 30 minutes I drove to pick up store closed unexpectedly and when I called the 800 the. Clerk didn't even give me a chance. To say anything she said we're closed I told. Her I have an order that you store text me she. Said come back in the. Morning store opens at 730 .. very bad customer service

I wish i can give this location zero stars. I placed an online ordered. Next day, I received a notification it was ready for pick up. I did not have a chance to pick up that day. The next day, I received a notification that my order was picked up! Clearly, it was not by me. So I called the store and spoke with the manager, Diana. Diana stated that the order was not picked up and she still has my online order but could not find it in the system. Well, clearly, it was marked as picked up and that's why I am calling you. Since, she had the bag in her hand, I asked her to return the order and refund me my Money. She said she will do that and I kindly thank her. Two days later, I reviewed my bank statement and I was charged for the item. Immediately, I notified my credit card and disputed this charge. Then, I called Walgreens customer service and I spoked with a young lady that said she will call the store and inquire about it. She came back on the phone and advise me that the manager stated that the package was indeed picked up but she would refund me the money backMy question is still... who picked up my order ?I would never recommend this store. Someone really need to investigate this- marking someone order as sold is playing with someone's money. This is bad business practice and fraud. The business bureau will be contacted.

So I'm here to pick up my order,And one of the bags are torn and the Lady who brings my order Name Diana, is just a slow walking back to the store to get my son a bag,that she obviously knew was torn and just stood there.She needs customer service. ,or maybe she needs to move her feet a little faster if you know what I mean.Bad Service and get this she sighed when we asked her to get us another bag, I told my son shes lazy ,go in there and thank her for the torn bag she gave you.

I love this Walgreens. The automatic refill system works and the staff here are awesome. They know my wife and I by name. Frankie is the best. He is always courteous and attentive. I highly recommend everyone drive to this location even if it is out of your way. I take customer service very serious. They help with finding best prices when insurance doesn't cover it all and helps with managing my many meds. Thank you again to the Lakewood Walgreens Pharmacy staff and most of all Frankie!

Pharmacist was very nice and the other pharmacist was very helpful thank you for your help, frank and fang are the best! Called everywhere and they helped me out when I arrived. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you for your service guys keep doing what your doing!

After years of coming here for moms meds and other things I have noticed this place as far as cleanliness is a hit or miss but the one thing the do well is good customer service. The pharmacy is always on top of everything and phoning when the scripts are ready for pick up. Always stocked up on what you may be looking for so overall we'll do guys keep up the good work.

Walgreens hasn't really kept up with the times. COVID testing and other services continue to lag behind other drug stores. This location, much like other Long Beach stores, is always out of something. I go for my prescriptions to get filled. I always need to pick up something else. Guess, they are temporarily out of it. Guess I need to make an extra trip somewhere. I do think the people in the pharmacy are really nice. They always take the extra time to make sure everyone leaves the pharmacy happy.

If I could select zero stars I would. I'm absolutely livid how rude and disrespectful the Asian pharmacist is at this location. After waiting 8 hours in the ER I finally get seen and get my prescription sent via web to this pharmacy come to find out their computers were down. So I had to go back to the hospital to get a paper prescription but the nurse calls the pharmacy to then find out the computers were back up. So I went back to the pharmacy to get told so rudely that the prescription did not come through and we have to go back. What makes this even worse this rude Asian pharmacist supposedly called the hospital and said that they gave me a paper prescription when they absolutely did not so he is a liar. Then this bigot tells me they don't have the medication I need. This is not the first time this mf was rude and disregarding. He needs to pick a different profession because he has absolutely no compassion.! I'll never come back again!
