The store Manager has left the store to run buy itself, and this has been told to me by Walmart customer experience people only. I was there when the phones were ringing and no one lifts them even when they don't have any work. They just talk with each other and Ignore the calls. Everyone is very disrespectful for there customers I saw one other guy near the security place (He was a African American short with glass.) I asked him where was the store Manager Loren and he was so disrespectful by his attitude and thinks he is behaved like as I was nothing. The Mexican store EL Fresco which is in Carson has 2 Security people and both are African American and Wow . Only the Walmart Management goes to the store they would know what customers service is. Anyways guys when you go there except the Worst treatment for you.

Never answers their phones. The couple times someone answered, they hang up after saying hello. What is wrong with WALMART. Why do they have the worst customer service and hire incompetent and rude people? Granted, some walmarts like Beaumont is awesome (BEST customer service every time) but the rest, Ughhhh!!!!

Walmart Auto Care does not pick up the phone. I called several times and forget it. I needed something for my car but scratch that. I am going to the dealer where I know it will be the right part and they will be glad to give me service. It's worth it to pay a little extra.

Been here many times, i come very early so im first in line for the oil change, they never open at 7 am as the site says, they are usually 30 to an hour late to open. They don't even apologize for opening late, zero care about customer.

Ordered new tires online from Walmart on a Monday. Made an appointment for Thursday to install at time of pick up. I received the email on Wednesday that the tires were ready. I called early Thursday to make sure everything was good. Jose picked up and I asked about my order. He said they were ready and recommended I try to come early as I can before my appointment since it was scheduled an hour before closing.Got there 30 mins before my appointment and there was a couple cars ahead of me. Once I got to the front, they got me situated right away. Took about an hour for the work to be done. Great service throughout.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This happened YESTERDAY. After spending $700 on new tires and showing up on time for my service appointment, the Service Techs told me they broke one of the wheel studs and lug nut. It would also be unsafe to drive and they were UNABLE TO REPAIR IT. They told me to go to another shop to fix their mistake and buy a new stud and lug nut. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. TERRIBLE SERVICE.Service: Tires

I ordered tires from Walmart on-line to be delivered to their Auto Care Center for mounting. I scheduled an appointment for mounting but was waiting for a confirmation that the tires were delivered as I had trouble with a previous tire order that was cancelled without notification. 3 days after my appointment date I still had not heard from Walmart so I called the Auto Care Center to see if they had the tires. After waiting about 15 minutes on hold, I was told that the tires were there. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. When I got there, I was told that one of 2 servicemen called in sick and they were trying to get someone to cover for him but were 2 hours behind schedule. Shortly after 9:00 AM, I was told that a substitute was on his way and there were only 2 cars ahead of mine so should be done in about 1.5 hours. I went across the street to Kohl's and returned to Walmart at 10:30 AM but my car was not being worked on and both cars that were ahead of mine were gone. The substitute serviceman was present. I inquired as to my place in line and the mechanic told me my car would be worked on next. I finally got my car back at 11:30, almost 3 hours after I arrived. Lesson learned: Walmart does not notify you when your tires are delivered but I would still call so you don't waste your time. When my car was on the rack, they said they couldn't find the tires. I said I confirmed that they were delivered so they continued to look and eventually found them. I purchased the road hazard insurance but they do not furnish any documents about what it covers. They also charged me for lifetime balance and rotation but wanted to charge me $10 to rotate my tires.
