I ordered some currency in euros and had to pick it up in person I JUST HAD SURGERY so my wife drove me. They assured me I would not have to wait long but when I got there, they helped three people BEHIND ME!! I was in extreme pain I would've been better off waiting in line. This was very rude. Very unhealthy extremely unprofessional

Very frustrated with this location, I called many times to see if their systems were up because this particular day my nearest location had their system down which meant I couldn't deposit money. So to not waste time I wanted to call this location and ask if they were also down but they never answered. I called three times and was hung up It's really frustrating and unprofessional. Never had that happen.

I am a Wells Fargo customer. Came in to open a business banking account for my LLC. There was nowhere to sign in, no one greeted me and asked the reason for my visit. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody came to see if we needed help. I used to manage a chase bank and I can say the service in this branch is horrible.

This branch used to be really good, but not anymore. I have always come here to make a cash deposit after an event and haven't had any real issues. So I come in with a cash deposit. She puts it in the machine and it comes up with different amounts each time she runs the machine. She tells me I have to count the money again...since when do tellers not count money? Like what? So I do and I choose the $20 denomination and it's a certain amount which is 7 bills off from their amount. She grabs my money goes out of site and puts it in some machine all of a sudden I don't have that many twenties so magically I'm out almost one hundred dollars. The manager was even more rude and long story short they stole my money and since I couldn't watch them the entire time they'll get away with it. Literally, she even kept repeating what I said that the machine miscounted 5s for 1s so why couldn't it be making the same mistake with other bills? This is the second time I've had this happen at a Wells Fargo where suddenly money I'm depositing is way off the amount I have. Seems like people are skimming here.

This bank and branch are a joke. They've put a hold on a check I deposited on 2/4/23 until 2/15/23. Both their customer service line and their incompetent staff in store just gave me the same reach around demanding I have my employer send me THEIR own personal online banking transaction history to clear the check. Not only is that unacceptable, but that's just unheard of. Before that they suggested I have my employer cancel payment on the check and just to write me a new one. Anyone with common sense should know that's not how it works. If you have any issues with them for whatever the reason may be, FILE A COMPLAINT against them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Any complaint is an automatic $1500 fine to Wells Fargo. This is a terrible way to treat customers by far. I've been with Chase for 10 years and they're superior in every single way.

Avoid this bank at all cost. Rude employees, they lie, they don't help you fix any problems, they scam. I had to call 15x until they picked up the phone. The girl Yulissa is a rat avoid her she will lie to your face telling you things you want to hear only for her to trash it dump it as soon as you leave. They don't care AVOID this place go to another one

You rarely get an employee that answers the phone; always have to call back at different times of the day and STILL no answer!So, I just call another branch ten miles away that I've done business with before and get the professional service expected of Wells Fargo. They ALWAYS answer immediately and it doesn't take three days to get an appt with a banker.

So I went to this bank this morning to deposit 6,500 dollars in 1 dollar bills that I had been saving . I get up to the teller window and told the teller what I was there for and the look on her face already told me it was going to be a bad experience . So she turns around and tells the other girl working behind her what I was there for so the teller tells me "we need to take the money in the back to use the counter machine " I said " thats fine " so 5 min later she comes out and says a lot of the bills have stains and they smell were they wet " I said no I've had them stored away in this suitcase . So she tells me well the machine will more than likely reject some of them . I said okay that's fine . She then comes back 5 min later and says they can't accept any of them because they all have something wrong . She stated I had to call the federal reserve and go through a process with them so I could exchange the money . So she gave us back all the money . Mind you the money had a smell but there was nothing wrong w the bills I had been saving over a few years they were just stored away and bundled up by 100. So I took my money and left . My husband tells me I should try chase bank since I also have an account with them . I walked into chase and sure enough they were happy to help me ! They used the counter machine right in front of me and not 1 single bill got rejected !!! So I'm my opinion the women that didn't help me at Wells Fargo just didn't want to do the job ! I will be closing my account with them as well . The way they made me feel was not okay !

i'm not to fond of this bank location. it could be a long line and employees just be walking and standing around not assisting customers. so you have this long line with one teller . while i see other employees not helping that one teller is ridiculous and unprofessional. waste of time
