Worst bank ever this scams people so I didn't qualify for overdraft so this d*** banks allows people to charge me even if I don't have the fund in my account recently I had a $1 and i got charge 10 account went overdrawn and i was negative -9 and the next day they taxed me $35 extra for having -9 dollars on my account and then two days later something charge me again and I didn't have funds and it was negative it charge me another $35 dollars don't ever ever bank with this bank , this bank needs to change there rules and codes if you want a good bank ,,,GO WITH BANK OF AMERICA MORE REASONABLE AND IF U DONT HAVE FUNDS THEY WONT ALLOW PAYMENT TO GO THRU AND U WONT GET CHARGED NO OVER DRAFT FEES

Regrettably a member for over 10 years and if it weren't for Carmen I would have closed my account here years ago. At this branch customer service is lax, lines are long, and the ridiculous wait times make me question the ability and professionalism of the management. Beyond disappointed with my service today.

Angie Berrera had NO Customer Service. She rolled her eyes at me for having a bag of quarters to deposit. She made me roll quarters with my baby in a stroller in the lobby. I understand they need rolled change but 7 of them were available to assist me (the place was empty Thurs. 11am) the experience and customer service was horrible. I spoke to manager & she didnt care until i asked to cancel my account. I have 10 years customer service in a bank and its sad to see tellers ungrateful for their job. Also it doesn't help MY MOM IS THE BRANCH MANAGER. You never know who your helping! don't judge a book by its cover.

First time reviewing a bank. The Wells Fargo is clean and nicely furnished. The environment is quiet and peaceful. I do wish the service was quicker but overall, it's not too slow. The bank tellers are alright, but I don't expect too much. My biggest complaint is the loss of Dum Dums. The lollipops were minor but they always made my trips. Please bring them back.

Worst branch ever...i wired money internationally and it took 1month for my friend to get the money and i had to come back to z branch 5 time for one transaction

I've already closed my account with Wells Fargo, but I would recommend never working with Salwa. I came in one day with a few questions and right when she noticed another customer walk in she practically pushed me out of her office and actually said, "call customer service." When I asked her if she could perhaps help a little more since I was standing in front of her with questions, she once again repeated that I should just call customer service. I ended up driving to another branch and the woman I worked with was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. It was clear Salwa just didn't want to be bothered. Honestly, her behavior was embarrassing.

I live right by this Wells Fargo and refuse to ever come back. I've tried on multiple occasions to give them the benefit of the doubt and come back to this location but it never fails that every time I come here they're always rude. Besides the greeter at the door she was very welcoming . The tellers and who I am assuming is the manager standing behind the teller continued to look at me as if I was someone doing fraud asking me many invasive questions as if I was not telling the truth. I went in to cash a check and make a payment and will never go back again. It's a shame that I can't feel comfortable to go into my nearest bank.

the manager is a pure idiot they called the police on me saying i was trying to cash a fake 9000 check when clearly it was from my trust fund, police came and put me in cuffs and into the car until they verified the check which they did 30 min later.the manager here is clearly d*** and has no education what so ever i have never been treated tgis way in my life

Wow... I had such a great experience when I walked in with the tellers and talked with a banker. I felt like I was heard and that my issues with an account were resolved. A month later, I'm still trying to close a savings account and since I mentioned the banker, the staff is having me wait for him. My career does not allow me to leave (especially month end). I feel like this is a way for them to have me keep the account. Not feeling good about the staff now.

I have been to this bank a few times recently and have always been greeted in such a pleasant way. The customer service provided is always great also, I usually don't have to wait in huge lines either, I am in and out in no time every time I have been here. There is a manager by the name of Saima I believe that even came out to ensure I was happy with the service and that made me happy. Thank you for the great service Wells Fargo.

I was cashing my check, last Monday during my break time, the transaction was going nice and smooth when the manager SAIMA introduced her self. She gave a sales pitch about a Credit Card, which i told her i did not wanted this card at the moment, because i did not want more Debt..... But SAIMA the manager did NOT CARE, about my financial situation, and about my time. I felt she wanted a sale from me... SAIMA has bad customer service all she cares about is making sales.. Never coming back here, need to drive to Cerritos branch and take care of business there, thanks to this DUMP manger. . STAY AWAY from this manger. .

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! No one was greeting, no one apologized for the LONG wait, and not enough tellers on Friday afternoon. I just saw 2 people walked out because the LACK of customer service!!!! Never coming back!!!!!

I live in West Hollywood but I drive all the way down to do my banking in Lakewood because Edwin is amazing! He is honest, professional, and really takes care of his customers. I give this bank 4 stars overall. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful but Edwin always goes the extra mile.
