I've really grown to like this location. It's on the way home from my gym so it's a convenient stop for me. It's large and really nice inside. Vons also has some great "$5 Friday Deals" every week. Be sure to check them out!

While our cake was not ideal for our daughters party, we appreciated the managers response and how they handled our dissatisfaction. We may give one more chance since we appreciate good customer service even after something was mishandled

I went to go purchase gift cards and I got questioned by the store manager on how I'm going to be using these gift cards and that's not right for them to sit there and question the customer and I don't appreciate being questioned like that like I'm being interrogate like I have done something wrong and so this place is getting a really bad review from me and they have made me angry and upset for the way they just treated me and I don't tolerate it and it's not appreciated so something needs to be done in regards to that since my whole life I've been questioned but everything I've done and if I'm purchasing something I get questioned about it that's wrong

I have tried using the online shopping option. All 3 times money was taken out of account but order did not go to store. No orders show up in purchase history. Vons really needs to have this fixed. I thought after 11 days they would have it corrected since I was told they had computer problems the first time. They need to stop advertising services they can't provide an making customers spend close to an hour to resolve the issue. Heard back from Vons and was told if you use EBT for purchases you have to add a credit card also. This is true even if EBT covers your online order. Where it shows credit card info it says your funds can be tied up for 5 days depending on your bank. I guess EBT customers are required to pay twice. Otherwise why collect the money using EBT and require a credit card so you have the ability to pick up at store. EBT customers must not be valued customers.

I have been shopping at this location since 1997 but it took the "Half A Man", sloppy-untucked-wrinkled-shirt security guard to follow me around the store for me to realize; "you don't belong here". Now I have to take my 3 to 4 store visits per week to either Whole Foods and/or Trader Joe's because I can not risk being part of a misunderstanding because Vons failed to screen its goofy employee for implicit biases and/or prejudgment(s). Be careful when buying grocery's are this location. Expired food check the dates. Then when you return the item with a receipt they give you a hard time like it's your fault. Grey meat. Not to mention the mass amount of food that is theism away daily. Location south and woodruff. The manager takes daily pictures of the tons of food thrown out when families are starving. Jennifer stop taking pictures and sharing them on social media.

I come to this Vons a lot; it's closer to home. It's pretty clean, their stuff is almost always in stock and lines aren't long. Some of cashiers are rude, especially at self checkout but eh I don't really care, I just don't say thank you to them in retaliation when I'm walking away. Whatever, I'll still come here in a pinch.

Had trouble at Ralph's in Lakewood because they lied about a fish they had and were very inefficient with ordering it again. So went to the meat and fish counter and Matt was very helpful. He listened and planned an alternative meal for me and my family. Thank you Matt for listening and being so helpful. You're an asset to your store.

I went to check the von website to see if St. Germain 375ml is available in their branch and it's showing it is available. I went to the Lakewood branch and went to the liquor section and only saw a 750ml bottle. Then I went to the customer service department and asked the 2 young girls if they can check on their computer if they have the 375ml or not. But instead of checking it they immediately said, if it's not with the other tall bottle then it's not there. And then I requested if they can check if there's any branch in the near area that has it and they immediately said no they cannot check bec there's nothing they can do. I went back to the liquor section and check the shelves again, and i saw 3 375ml of st. Germain in the shelves where the other smaller bottles are. How come they're a customer service and they can't even help a hand to a customers?! It is so inconvenient for us just to go to another store to check if they have the inventory in stock. Not to mention gas is too expensive nowadays. Alert to the manager. This happened today at the lakewood branch. Around 4 to 4:27 PM at the customer department both. I didn't get their names but they are 2 young women.

2/21/22 My auntie frequently shops here, besides Sprouts. We came here to redeem her free rewards. We got away scot-free with an avocado (jumbo/organic), a butter, a package of ground coffee & a can of coconut milk, discount from produce from her rewards. It's a great gimmick/marketing ploy to get you to come in, redeem it & continue shopping. If you're like me, my cart gets loaded with more stuff before I know it, kinda like Costco (always a $100 or more kinda visit unless your will power works overdrive). So auntie ended up buying Arrowhead water bottles (24 count), had to buy 4 cases to get the deal of $2.99 each--not bad! It's a great shopping trip, well worth it and got me a latte while shopping, too (^+*)

You'd think they'd mark down the flowers if they're already clearly dead or dying but they let my husband walk out with already fallen apart roses for $28! I would have rather be buys from the guy in the corner! And they're over priced, not much selection. I'm in a family of 7 and just took in 3 more and the small items they sell are expensive so I can't always shop here for much of anything.

JANUARY 12,2022 AT 11:54am I was waiting for help, there was an associate was suppose to help me but she never did. I waited for 20 min an a associate walk to the door look outside and walk back to self check she never once spoke to me just walk off. She think is okay to act rude to me because I look like type of person won't say nothing. I am speaking my mind and I can.

This is my closest grocery store. I come here all the time. They have everything I need and want. The produce department has fresh fruits and vegetables. Nice selections all around the store. Today I got a 14 LB bag of IAMBS dog food at half price. I started my shopping trip with a Starbucks mocha Frappuccino. Yummm.

No one enforcing proper mask use by staff. Older blonde woman with short hair and glasses running around with mask below nose. Starbucks staff person also w mask below nose. I don't want to be around these people. Will shop elsewhere.
