Stopped by there today and was totally impressed. The guy that answered the phone and gave us directions to the store was polite and helpful. When I got there Coby helped diagnose my grand daughter's skateboard issue and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and went out of his way to explain things to me. I appreciate the service and if I was not retired I'd recruited both kids to work for me.

Great customer service, the guys there was friendly and helpful regarding skateboards. The store was neat and clean. They carried variety of items from clothes, shoes, bags, skateboards etc.

really awesome skateshop that has everything you could need -- great selection of skate culture clothes and boards. everything is super organized and clean. and all the employees, especially ryle, are super helpful and nice!

Really friendly staff. I never understand why people get mad when they get asked to put their masks on. Most the co workers always tell People to put their masks on and no one listens. Great store overall and respectful workers. This one worker janeth never gets enough credit after dealing with everything

I'm giving this board shop a 1 star rating mainly because of customer service. Before going to the shop I called and asked if they had bearings for my roller skates. The lady on the phone said yes they had them. Went into the store and I could tell it was the same lady on the phone from her voice. I asked her if she could show me some bearings and she looked me up and down and said she didn't know what those were and she didn't think they had any. I have low tolerance for stupidity so I just went to zummies and got what I needed.

Bought some skateboard wheels here a week ago. Associate told me I could return for a refund if they were not opened. I came back for to refund them and the manager told me I could only have an exchange or store credit. I won't ever shop here again and I recommend finding another retail spot with a better business policy.

Not where I expected to end up! I sent my out of town friends to Pharmacy Board Shop where the bratty staff decided to take an anti-mask stance. Then, at another independent Tobacco and Board shop, the non-communicative staff made it clear they didn’t want the business of a 15-year-old female.When we got here, staff was immediately helpful. They corrected others on proper mask wear and a female board tech set up the young learner’s board. If you think skating should be a boys’ club, go to Pharmacy or Smoke and Skate. Sometimes corporate culture has to force the knuckle-draggers out of their man caves. It is what it is!
