I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Alexa at Zales in Lakewood Mall, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service she provided. From the moment I walked in, Alexa greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and patience that immediately put me at ease.
She took the time to carefully listen to what I was looking for, guided me through different options, and explained everything with such knowledge and clarity. Alexa truly went above and beyond—making sure every detail was perfect and that I felt completely confident with my purchase. Her customer service is exemplary in every aspect: friendly, attentive, honest, and sincerely caring.
What stood out most was her ability to balance professionalism with a personal touch. She never rushed me, made excellent recommendations, and created such a pleasant shopping experience that I left not only with the perfect piece of jewelry but also with gratitude for her kindness.

Emma, at the Lakewood store, was very attentive, courteous, and helpful with viewing and selecting jewelry pieces. I highly recommend stopping by, as they have many trending pieces to select from, at affordable prices. Again, Emma, was patient and willing to answer all my questions; something I look for, when I walk into a jewelry establishment.

Very neat and clean jewelry store, I was greeted by a nice young lady named Marisol she helped me look at some options in earrings for my niece as her birthday was coming up. Very respectful and kind I will be sure to be coming back again very soon.
