“I unfortunately forget the young lady's name that was in the shop at the time, however she was nothing but friendly and helpful. We had a time getting ahold of someone to help finish the transaction and she just kept being productive and helpful the entire time. So much that even though my wife and I now qualify for free phones I would consider cricket for the customer service quality which has pretty much gone away . I highly recommend Cricket as well as this location double thumbs up ? ? I also forgot to take pictures and the store was very clean and professionally presented.”
