Prior to making a trip to the Central Coast, I went to Rite Aid in Tehachapi CA to get my prescription eye drops. I called the prescription in on Wednesday, November 22 and went in to pick it up on November 23rd, but could not because they had locked themselves out of the pharmacy section. The folks there told me I could go to any Rite Aid on the coast and pick up the prescription, so I went to the Rite Aid in Pismo Beach CA on November 26th. They told me that I couldn't pick it up because the prescription had expired on November 23rd. They did not tell me that back home in Tehachapi. As a result of their incompetence, I had to go to a local urgent care center in Pismo Beach to get a new prescription, something that cost me time and my insurance company hundreds of dollars. Needless to say, I will not be using Rite Aid as my pharmacy any more.

Why is there no separate pharmacy number here on Google?\\nAlso, when I went in with my uncle, I was told \\\"wait and we'll have his medicine in 10-15 minutes. We'll call you up when it's ready.\\\" I waited 45 minutes before I decided to go to the counter again for them to say \\\"oh, yeah. It's here.\\\" And I'm gone 2 minutes later..worse than CVS, but CVS closed here :(

Drove here from an hour away for my covid test. To find out that the pharmacist went on lunch during my scheduled appointment time and no one else can take care of this. My 5-year-old nephew could schedule better than this get with it people!
