“Wow!! Go see Robert for passports. It is so refreshing to meet people who care about the job they do. Robert's attention to customer service exceeded my expectations. You can make a Saturday appointment for a passport. Call at 8:30 on Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Saturday. You can walk in and wait in line weekday mornings if that works for you, which it didn't for me.”
