“This location was very convenient. I was about 5th in line when I came in but the line moved fast. Something I bought from Amazon didn't work so I was returning it with a pre paid label. The transaction took less that 2 minutes and my box will be back at Amazon by Friday. Very happy with the end result.”

“I love this place for 3 years so far through 2023 and more. I live 50 miles away in Lake Isabella up a winding mountain road and the post office people up there are very rude so I take a bus 1 hour each way in order to get my mail and these people are always nice. Then might as well go to Jack in The Box and maybe Walmart while I'm down there. But my mail and packages are very safe down there and they weren't in Isabella. In fact, when I asked Isabella where my slow cooker was that I ordered they yelled at me and said they don't have time to look for it and to come back in a week. The next day, 3 years ago, I went to Bakersfield, got my PO box and haven't looked back since.”

“Went yesterday and it was so fast and easy I was nervous cuz never done this before and was afraid my package would get lost just didn't know what to expect anyways I went in and looked around the young girl at the counter by the checkouts saw me called me over and checked in my return she was very nice, processional. She explain to me the process, was very easy nothing for me to worry about, she asked me if I wanted the confirmation of the return through text or email. “I had to drop off a package on a Tuesday after Memorial Day. I was coming back from the Arvin area and I realized it was getting late. Not wanting to drive to central Bakersfield, Pegasus, or even by CSUB I quickly searched for nearby US Post Offices. There was one right off the 58! It was an easy find off the freeway and parking was plentiful. I looked for a drive-thru drop off and none was available. There was one located right by the entrance. But not knowing the safety and security of the area I opted to get it scanned inside. There was only one other person in front of me and three total workers behind the desks. I only waited about 2 minutes and the gentleman that helped me was quite pleasant. He even noticed I wasn't from around the area and we made small talk. It was nice to have such a pleasant interaction! In less than 5 minutes I was back in my car and on the road home. Overall, my experience was five stars. Knocking one based on the curb appeal. The overgrown dead grass in the front really makes it look run down and vacant. I'll definitely remember this easily accessible spot for the future.”

You can make a Saturday appointment for a passport. Call at 8:30 on Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Saturday. You can walk in and wait in line weekday mornings if that works for you, which it didn't for me.”
