These people are theives. They broke into my unit and stole from me. They called me one day and told me to come go through my stuff because it had been broken into by thieves who rented out another unit and had no true address connected to it. They supposedly broke into 5 or 6 other units but they said they did not catch them on camera. Conveniently there was a door that blocked the view of the camera as they were in other peoples units.They didn't even catch them on the outer cameras. These thieves stole the weirdest things out of my unit. Like things that you can tell the company wanted for different people who work there or their family members. Like thongs, womens shoes, a bunch of cheap jewelry. A bunch of weird stuff that addded up to an extreme amount. But none of it was covered by the insurance I payed for. Some of the things they left were even stranger. I knew it was an inside job from beginning to end. This company said they had opened and stole from other units at the same time so I found all this extra stuff that wasn't mine isinde of my unit. Stuff like kids toys and stuff. I've never heard of a thief forgetting what they took out of a unit and then just putting all different stuff back into wrong units. As I walk past my unit I look down and find a sweater my sister gave me under another units door and when I asked the worker about it he said that that unit hadn't even been broken into. His manager changes the story the next day and said the worker that I know had been there for as long as her just didn't know what units were broken into. Also get this the manager of the store said she didn't call the police or make an insurance claim because it was too hard to do. I asked her supervisor and he said they did for sure and that they had to as a storage company, but when I spoke back to the manager she verified that there definitely wasn't a police report done and then her supervisor has to admit to the truth which was they had not called the police at all. Even the police told me this was weird and wrong. How did the thieves know to steal the things that was not covered under my insurance? I lost about $4000 dollars to this whole thing and got back $1000. Please do yourself a favor and find another storage company. These people are thieves..

I had such a great experience here! I was looking for a storage unit and they gave me an amazing deal on a 10x10. The process was super easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and well-kept. I feel confident that my things are safe here. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good storage place with fair prices and great service!

Great fast service. I made a reservation online and was assisted by the two ladies in front. One showed me the unit and I was satisfied so continued with payment. They was able to answer all questions inquired. Very satisfied with service! Thank you ladies!
