They are AWESOME...my husband totaled the underside of our brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander from the radiator to the condenser to the oil pan to the tie rods and even the support bars both sides headlights and bumper and they repaired it in less than 2 weeks. Even matched the color of the car with a guarantee on the paint. Repairs were close to $5000, thank God for insurance and deductable. I will take ANY OF MY CARS TO THEM. Thank you AV Collision for your friendly employees and excellent service in your car repairs from start to finish!!!! Looks like nothing ever happened to the car what do ever! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I took my Honda CRV in because the bumper seemed loose. Mario suggested gluing the clamp to prevent it from breaking (NO CHARGE)! I've used them previously with satisfactory results.

We have had 2 outstanding experiences at AV Collision. Last Summer they did an excellent job on a large repair on our Toyota Camry - replaced parts and painted. This Summer they helped us with a small problem with the front bumper for no charge when another mechanic wanted to charge me $400+ . AV Collision took a quick look at it in the parking lot, fixed a bent clip, and replaced a missing clip. We were fixed and ready to go in minutes! I am so thankful for their help.

We were **Very Pleased** with the quality of the repair work and the attention we received while dealing with insurance company complications. This was a complicated accident caused by a rockslide in Death Valley. Undercarriage of auto and the driver's side door were repaired. What was most difficult was getting required parts from Honda.......

A V Collision absolutely rocks! I had a hit and run on my 2017 Honda Accord and my insurance recommended them as a certified Honda repair shop. They did a phenomenal job and my car looked brand new and the paint was absolutely perfect. The turn around was very quickly and I was even able to get some extra work done out of pocket while they were fixing the main damage.
I recommend AV Collision especially for Honda vehicles.

5/23/24 - I had (what I thought was major paint damage) to my 2023 Acura SUV. Today, I brought it to AV Collision for an estimate. I had the pleasure of meeting Mario Mojica. Mario took one look at my vehicle and immediately reassured me that the “damage” was no where near what I thought it was and after a few minutes he’d removed all of the “transfer paint” (?) and my Acura looked PERFECT!! AV Collision has been our “go-to” place for vehicle repair for over 15 years, with most repairs being covered by insurance. For the few instances where we chose not to utilize insurance for repairs, we’ve found that AV Collision was fair/reasonable with their pricing. AV Collision is the BEST!

My insurance sent me here and they did a great job. The folks there genuinely seem like they enjoy working there, which is a great thing to see. Despite the unfortunate events that lead me there, I am able to feel positive the experience.

I waited a full day to review to make sure I was set in my rating, and I can safely say that 5 stars is the LEAST I could rate. I had my accident at the start of March, got my car yesterday, and everyone at AV Collision was nice and helpful. I was so worried about how my car would be fixed, but they walked me around my car, gave me a breakdown on everything, and made sure I knew exactly what they did. I really appreciated it!

Honestly wouldn't even rate them but it wouldn't let me put my review unless I did I used them ONCE before my most recent encounters with them, thinking I'd have the same experience & body was I wrong. NEVER again. They kept my car for over two months with no truthful follow up. When I received our car back, it barely made it home & wouldn't turn on anymore. Not to mention the car was driven 1,000 miles more when we finally received it. One of the workers there has openly admitted that he previously has over 10 years of experience working as an insurance adjuster so no doubt they messed with our paperwork & knew EXACTLY what to put to ensure they held no liability for the condition of our car. I'll be doing my best to ensure legally, they pay for it. Took my car to another body shop/repair shop & they said EVERYTHING was Mickey-moused. Nothing was done as if professionals did it. Stay away from this place. Avoid this place.

I would advise potential customers to do their due diligence in choosing repairs at this shop. My truck was painted the wrong color not remotely close to original factory paint. Workmanship and body work was horrible. Manager and painter inspected truck and agreed a huge error was made on their part. Customer service is non existent. Cut my losses and decided to take my truck to a reputable auto body shop to correct mediocre workmanship done by AV Collision. When an expert estimator saw the finished product this shop did they were in disbelief... that's being kind.

This shop is very knowledgeable and trust worthy, the experience I had having my vehicle repaired here is 100 times better than when I took my vehicle to a Subaru specific shop out in Santa Clarita. The repair was quick and they informed me every step of the way. With a quick turn around time and quality work done. I recommend this shop not very many shops like this in the AV.

The people are uniformly pleasant and professional, they handled everything with my insurance company, and the repairs are excellent. Moreover, my car was ready two days earlier than estimated!
