It was all good until,they dropped off an item that was broken and for months refused to repair or replace. After calling dozens of times, they claim to have no record of me calling. Even the employee or manager called being sarcastic and rude saying they tried to reach me several times when that was a lie . I used to like this store until this , now I want to report them for the way the situation was handled .Arron's should know better and do better

I had my washer and dryer delivered today. The delivery guys hooked up my washer just fine. I was told I need to buy the parts to hook up my dryer on my own. I don't have the cord to plug it up and they did not leave any of the pieces for me to hook up the dryer myself. I am very disappointed in this service and strongly advise against renting to own from them.

Made arrangements to have my appliance delivered on 4/21 between the hours of 3-7pm…got a call stating my payment didn’t go through LoL even tho we paid cash…Second They failed to show up on time and nonchalantly said oh we are open till 8pm..k cool..Still waiting…7:50pm rolls around and they claimed to have called us to make the delivery…Geesh What a first impression. Get it together guy’s. SMDH what a disappointment…now let me go ahead and rearrange my daily life once again for you inconsiderate, non communicating people who work for Aarons. Whatever happened to Customer Service. Pftttttt

I've been a customer for 12 years. My recent purchase was outstanding, Store Manager, Cynthia was awesome. We spoke over the phone and upon me going into the store my documents were ready and she's very hospitable. Nice person?

I would not recommend using the Aaron's store located in Lancaster, Ca. They stated that their corporate office has a policy whereby they will not accept certain proof of residence forms/rental agreements when renting furniture. A rental agreement between private citizens is not acceptable. Only an agreement between a corporation/Realty Company and a private citizen is acceptable according to this company. Outrageous!

My experience with this store is horrible, the manager "MANNY", does things the way she wants to and not by policy. I made a payment and this broad refunded and changed my payment around when I had already set up everything online. I dont recommend anyone to deal with her if you do business with aarons. Manny is the floor manager, she tries to talk to you crazy on her personal line but wants you to talk crazy on a recorded line. I will be contacting corporate also.

If you are looking for furniture that is put together wrong and falling apart before your first year is up then Aaron's @ 1080 W. Ave K, Lancaster, CA is the place to shop! That is exactly what we got. We bought a sofa and chair in April of 2021 paying over $1k after sitting on the chair we noticed the legs bending because they had been put on backwards. Because of the shape of the legs we could not tell right away and we rarely sat in it for the first three months. The sofa fills like a piece of wood is coming through the back and lining is falling underneath which is noticeable. Talked to Jovanni today and his attitude was "whatever". He stated because we paid cash, there was no service agreement and we only had a 30 day window for any repairs or returns. Had we know this when purchasing we would not have paid cash and we probably would have went elsewhere. Don't be deceived when walking in by how good the floor looks, "everything that glitters is not gold". If you want horrible furniture followed up by horrible customer service then Aaron's is your place to shop.

Aaron's located in Lancaster, ca. is full of cow crap. My roommate ordered us a larger refrigerator so we got rid of the old one that broke down on us. He went into Aaron's on K in Lancaster and signed all the necessary papers. Delivery date and time was set for 5/14/21 between the hours of 11am to 3pm. He called and spoke with someone to confirm delivery. They told him there was no problem and appliance was out for delivery. After 3pm he calls Aaron's and the guy who answered said that the lease was canceled and no delivery would be made. No explanation was given and hung up. As we are elderly people and I think this is unforgivable. Now we have no refrigerator. I would love your feed back. Called corporate office waiting on their reply.

I hate this place. They already over charge people echo are desperate and don't have credit to purchase appliances. I had a refrigerator I'm leasing and the freezer broke. It took then 6 weeks to repair it and they gave me a smaller loaner, but I still had to pay the same amount. They never follow up on their phone calls
