I’d give 10 ⭐️s if I could! EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEATRIS IS THE BEST! HANDS DOWN! I had a last second emergency and needed help with my taxes. Not only did Beatris get them done in a quick manner, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! Over a long holiday weekend, she didn’t hesitate to help when I told her I can’t find anyone to provide service! I moved and needed a new tax person and after I spoke to Beatrice I was happy to go with her. After further working with her and going over many issues and questions, I found her so easy and reliable and knowledgeable to work with. If she doesn't know an answer, she will find it out for you. She's very friendly, easy to talk to, and always gives me extra information I didn't know about my taxes and how the IRS works, that are key to how I do business, how I file, and key to my refund. This is my second year with her and I'll be continuing with her from now on.
