Absolutely horrible experience, was humiliated & talked down to in front of other customers! When ???????? (not 100 on. Name but absolutely starts w a ‘?’) was proven to be wrong , she not only refused to apologize for falsely accusing me, but copped an even nastier attitude & refused to bag my purchases!
What precipitated her unprofessional behavior was the following, I brought my items to the register, after scanning my last item she says- in a rude tone with smug smile on her face- “& the items in your bag” I ask her to repeat herself cause I thought I was hearing things! When she repeats her accusation I proceed to unzip every possible pocket in my (???? ?????) purse & show her the contents, all of which only belong to me! After doing so she offers no apology, instead blames her co worker who had left for lunch, and cops an even bigger attitude! The nerve! After I swipe my card she just walks away from me, I ask her for a bag which she just plops on the counter as she walks away again! When I ask her to bag my things she flat out refuses & when I ask for an apology she audibly scoffs at me! How is it that she makes a big show of accusing me of being a thief, but instead of feeling remorse for putting an innocent (regular) customer through the embarrassment that she did and apologizing for ??? mistake she instead treats me like garbage.

If I could give negative Stars this would be the first place and only place that I would give them to! I'm sorry but it is home to the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Martin and I don't know her name but she has two toned hair red and blonde are absolutely disgusting and how they talk to customers. They have no professionalism they don't know how to handle any kind of return matter, says that I should know what their promotions are at the time, also accused me of going to my car and looking at my receipt I guess that's unacceptable to them, and straight up said it was my fault for being overcharged. and if those are the people that are in charge of that place my gosh I suggest everyone stay clear!!! The female she obviously has a problem if anybody says anything to staff because at one point I had them charging me different prices for my refills and because I brought that to their attention one time she has labeled me like a terrible person says 'I do this all the time' by complaining and she has a real nasty mouth when I was there today, and just had to put her two cents into whatever situation I had going on with Martin. She has no etiquette, no poise, horrible I repeat HORRIBLE customer service skills and should definitely be written up if not fired. Digusted with how they spoke to me, lied to me, and refused to give me management or owner information, they tried to brush off the wrong one today! Those two definitely do not deserve to be employed. In fact they fit right in this low class establishment! WILL NEVER RETURN! There's plenty of choices as far as gas station/convenience stores goes out here in this Valley and I suggest that everyone give your business to the ones that deserve it!! ABSOLUTE TRASH!! JUST LIKE THE RIFF RAFF IN FRONT OF STORE THESE 2 EMPLOYEES MAKE IT GARBAGE!!

This is got to be the worst ampm I have ever been to in my entire f****** life. I came in here seen the prices were twice as high as the other ampm so I got irritated and walked out and the lady chase me out accuse me of stealing a sandwich. Tell me she got my license plate and to never come back. Now I'm sitting here waiting to prove that I'm innocent. I'm stealing the freaking sandwich and they're just avoiding me instead of apologizing. I don't know maybe giving me a f****** slurpee or some gas say Sorry for the mistake. I don't know you know that would have been kind of f****** nice after being hemped up at arco. Erikas great though cute and nice

The employees are relatively nice if you know how to talk to them. But lately, every single time I go, there is someone outside asking for donations and it does get a tad bothersome after a while.

Rude employees. Talking on phone the entire time. Visited at 6:30 p.m. Not very busy, no reason to be ignoring customers. No condiments for food, no restroom, and transients hanging out in front.

Just 1 star because you have to or you can't post.Long story short the cashier went out of his way to touch my hands in this pandemic before I put my water on the counter he had practically grabbed my fingers with it, he had no mask on it was a hispanic guy black hair and goatee (around 3:45ish Friday) and when he gave me my change he laid his hand in my hand so the back of his hand laid in the palm of my hand like who hands you change like that?I'm not mad I just went to my car and used my lysol and water to clean my hands and new gallon of water I had just bought. I do that anyway and I was thinking this guy probably thinks or has it so he wants people to die or something.If you own this place do a wellness check on this guy there's something wrong with him. He had a look on his face like he was dead inside but certain jobs will do that to you so take care of your mental health and if that means finding new employment do it. Why spread diseases or viruses when you can just deal with yourself. Get help buddy. Also if I had to explain what it felt like to be in Lancaster, Ca the few hours I was there I'd have to say "looking at a new born with a mouth full of hillbilly teeth."

Went to the ampm store to grab some ice no big deal my son in law went in then came out the with my cup with ice then an employee comes out really mad and tells me if he goes in to get ice that it will be 55 cent next time he comes out very hostile caught me off guard because of how upset he was so I told him okay no problem. I asked my son in law if the ampm employee happened to say something to him when he was inside the store he said no I asked has he ever been told anything by anyone he said no so I'm not sure where it came from

The food is good got a BBQ sandwich it's doubled so it fills you up and the cheeseburgers are good not bad
