The guy Joel is the rudest employee/manager of any AMPM I've been to... He Doesn't say hello when walking in or tell you your total at the register and not even a thank you from this guy.. this is a reoccurring thing with him Im realizing! he shouldn't be in customer service with how he treats customers!!

Why is it that I've never ever seen a clean am/pm? Not enough cashiers, long waits, missing receipt tape in the dispensers, filth everywhere, no water solution for washing windows, squeegees missing, homeless people wandering around bugging people for money and cigarettes. I can't stand am/pm's. They're so dirty.

Twice within the past 8 days I've tried going here and there's been a hand-written sign in the window saying "Sorry - Store Closed."
The first time was 11:45pm on a Friday and I could see the clerk crouching down behind the counter doing something (maybe eating?). The second time was tonight at 9:25pm, and I didn't see a clerk anywhere inside.
Do people actually work here, or....?

This convenience store / gas station is the classic example of laziness and below standard work ethics in this country. There have been many times I have gone to this location for fuel and the pumps or several pumps are out of service. It wouldn't hurt if the employees at this location got off their butts and made the islands where the pumps are and the front of the store presentable. Tonight I walked over here while waiting for a pizza and there were broken glass, trash, and who knows what else in the gutter by the walk way. How can the owner not see that this location is in dire need of some better management and employees that care. The car wash still, after severalonths has the heighth bar as you enter the wash just lying on the ground. You don't know if the wash works or is out of service. The inside is disorganized a d the employees do not want to bother helping or moving their a** when the line backs up. The card readers at the registers are out of date. They no longer read chip cards and the employees give a look of disgust if they have to assist paying. I could go on for another half hour but why, bother. The reviews for this dump prove AM PM Corporate and the Ownersnof this location are fine with substandard service. What a disgrace.

Three times I've been there these past two weeks, twice I called the girls out on shortchanging me, my bf was shorted a 50 dollar ticket when he redeemed them tonight, he checked the rect, one was missing, the guy found it on the ground by his foot, and was shortchanged last week, rip off workers

Horrible. Place used to be good, is now dirty, never properly stocked, workers in the back just stand around talking and don't even have fresh food in the cases. Both cases all food had passed their times and no hot dog's at all which is a normal here nowWill take myself and my employees business elsewhere no point in supporting somewhere that doesn't care to clean or stock safe to eat foods.
