had a wonderful experience in service! I asked the service writer Chelsea Cason to have my a loaner ready as well as the paperwork I needed, just in time for me to leave for my Pismo beach vacation and not only did she have everything ready for me, she took the time to go over the car to make sure everything that was needed to be done to it, was taken care of. I will definitely be going back thanks to the great experience.

False advertising 100 % made me drive all the way from the other side of town and when I get there to test drive the car I had seen on the website, they told it wasn't ready for sale

Worst service department I have ever encountered. They swapped out a part on my vehicle that never worked, after going back and forth with no fix I finally was told they would order another part and let me know when if arrives. 2 months later and I never received a call. After calling them three days in a row and leaving voicemails, still no call back. Finally got someone to relay my message to my service manager just for her to tell the person I was on the phone with "tell him we don't have a solution". I am out $350 dollars and the dealership has no idea what to do and especially how to treat their customers. Never returning to this dealership again. Stay away at all costs.

I know every dealer sales their parts at its own price but this place puts a higher mark-up on their parts than most dealers. I found my part $65 cheaper at another Ford dealer.

Absolutely horrible service in every way. Do not get car worked on here. Service managers lie lie lie. All they do is lie. Work is sub par or non existent. So sad to see I can't trust Ford anymore. On my 4th and last truck.

I dropped my truck off on Monday for my appointment I had scheduled the previous week. I asked the service representative when my truck would be ready to pick up, he told me it would be Tuesday when the part came in. Tuesday I called and left messages with no response from the service department. Wednesday I call in again and the service representative tells me my truck will be done Thursday. At what point would you expect to trust these people?

Horrible experience I sold my 2017 mustang to them they offered me a price we agreed they would pay my bank a day later they told me to come get my car because the used car manager said they over paid for it instead of the 15,000 agreed Nathaniel stated he would've only gave me 12,000 for it so that why they wanted to get it back! And they FORGED my signature on a document stating that I agreed they could decline my offer after further inspection of the vehicle the document they forged had a date on top of may 08 2019 ! They are crooks who would forge documentation.

As a follow up to my previous review. I took my Lincoln to Pep Boys and got a break job there.Funny how Pep Boys was able to eliminate the grinding noise i had since I bought the car at AV FORD. I took my Lincoln into AV Ford Service 3 times for that noise shortly after I bought it.1st time they made me buy a brake job. I did. Yet the grinding noise was still there. 2nd time I took it back about same grinding noise. They told me they fixed it. Well they didn't. Grinding noise still there.3rd time I take it back they said they would have to charge me to look at it. Well I got mad. I explained they never fixed the issue and I shouldn't have to pay for their incompetent service. They didn't change their mind and said that was their policy. That told me they don't stand behind their work. So I told them they have just lost a customer and I had bought 3 vehicles from them as well as 1 for my Mother. That I would never let their service department touch anyone my or any family members cars again. Well time came up I needed a brake job again. I went to Pep Boys. Git brakes done and amazingly the grinding noise is finally gone. Dealership is supposed to have Best technicians. Not AV Ford. They are rude, incompetent and don't stand behind their work. Never ever take your car to them for service. Not if you want the job done right.

How far would you travel to have the best technician work on your Ford Raptor? I traveled 450 miles to have the best technician work on my truck.My Ford Raptor need a major repair that required the entire front and top of the engine block to removed. I had heard about Federico Salerno through a friend. This job was major and I wanted the best in the industry. I was able to connect with Federico and he set the wheels in motion. He connected with me with Keri, a service manager at Antelope Ford. She got everyone organized and advised me throughout the process. Her communication with me and collaboration with Federico was second to none. I arrived and was greeted by Federico. He introduced me to Keri and within minutes, my raptor was off to her service. This was a major technical job and my truck won be spending a week at the shop. Keri informed me of the process to have Ford cover my rental for a week which was very helpful. Fast forward, Federico kept me updated throughout the process and I got my truck back within the timeline. Federico worked late into the night to make sure that the job was right and on time.During the service, Federico noticed a few other minor items and he fixed them without hesitation or reservation. Would I travel 450 miles for great service for my truck? You can count on it. Federico is talented in his trade and committed to his client's. I own several businesses and I truly appreciate great customer service. Thank You Federico Salerno and Thank You Keri!!!
