Viviana was absolutely amazing and outstanding in every facet and aspect. Her professionalism, appearance, communications skills, customer service, and knowledge were perfect and epitomizes what all sales representative/consultants should strive to be. My experience today was a 10 out of 10 perfect score and I could not have had a more better consultant and experience.
Viviana assisted me with payment issues, new phone, watch, phone line additions, among other matters. She was able to break down the costs and the benefits, easing any concerns I had.
You simply cant do better than Viviana in customer service and simply put … her positive vibe and friendly attitude made for a chill and pleasant business transaction. I am defimitely going to try to continue requesting her for any assistance in the future.
Please recognize and thank her for being an outstanding consultant and ambassador for the AT&T sore of Lancaster.
