All I will say is stay away from this store they will promise u low prices and free phone and next thing u know they charge u withing the bill. They love to lie thats for sure!!! And on top of everything they will refuse to cancel the service.

Worst service ever. There is one awesome man who works here, and is so kind and helpful.. but the rest of them, are not only useless, but racist and refuse to help me just because of the color of my skin. They refused to help me with the issue I had been experiencing for months. I asked for the manager, who was also the same race as everyone working today, and he refused to come out and help me. Finally, I found a guy who had helped me prior, and he was aware of my situation. I brought all the things I needed to get it done, but he too refused to help me. Which is when I realized I was being discriminated against. At first it seemed as if the staff were just confused, but after he also refused it became apparent to me that it was due to discrimination.. and I called him on it and he did not deny it. Don't go here! They also lie to get you to sign up for things, promising that the offers are free.. but they are not free. By the time you find out, you can't cancel. So, unless you want to support racist liars who deceive you and refuse to help you as a group, don't go to this place.. they literally ganged up on me, and had no plan to provide customer services what so ever. Instead, they acted like they were still high school, refusing to help me and provide assistance.. I am canceling my AT&T account due to this experience. I can't support a corporation who employs racists and allows racist discrimination to take place. I was bullied by their group mentality and I will never forget it! There is only one person who has consistently been an unbiased, customer service oriented and genuinely helpful person who helped me multiple times. His name is Austin. And I wanted to recognize him.. He is the only thing good about this store!!! But nothing is worth going back in there! Ever!

all employees only cared about sales, or new plans. They don't care about customer service or prepaid. No knowledge or pretend to not know about actual cell questions. Deflected to a different store (indirect local store)
