This store has rude girl that works there and has nasty attitude i asked to speak with the girl was helping me instead she gave some attitude, I was by mistake it was rep from AT&T that was helping when you mark there number the AT&T customer service will take the order i did not know, so the girl at the AT&T store could of told me that but instead her nasty ghetto attitude got the best of her.. People like this should work like that at the AT&T store.

SHOUT OUT to NICOLE the store manager who managed to help me with my new phone and SOO much more! She went above and beyond to get me out the store with a smile on my face! She has EXCELLENT customer service and answered all my questions!! Thanks once again Nicole for all your help! ?

A few weeks back I came in with my 85 year old grandmother to the east side att. A few months prior she and my mother went to the west side store where some young man confused her and added things to our family plan that made out bill go from 250 to almost 600 a month. We went in to this one to get some help and understanding. Joy was amazing. She took the time to explain our bill and what happened. She helped us get back to a plan that was actually right for my family and treated my grandmother with respect and so much kindness. My grandmother is the original holding of our phone service. She has had it since early att but is at the age where she can't even read the bill. Joy, took the time with her the way no one else had. She was the best customer service, I believe, we have ever had. She cares, is honest and transparent. An amazing person to work with all around. Att should start to teach those young kids how to respect their elders and not lie and cheat for a sale. We will never go back to west side att again.

I was absolutely amazed about my experience at the AT&T store on J and employee name Chris help me he got me in and out. He resolved every issue that I had he was straightforward. He’s such an amazing employee.

I see all these good reviews and I literally cannot understand why. The dude Alan sold me on residential and business. Whenever I had a problem I will text him and never get a single reply. I would call no reply I will text no reply. Honestly, what is the point of giving me your card and telling me to call you anytime I need anything and you don't even reply.? Make the sale collect the commission it say F the customer After that. Yeah he was nice and cool soon as I was given in my money. And after that ghost wind. I called the store to try to get someone else's help ,,,, Rude, unhelpful. With all the other providers out there it's a miracle to be why anyone would still go with these guys. And don't get me wrong they were nice for taking my money. And in case you think that I was in someway blowing this guy up and calling him and texting him constantly. I was not in anyway I just wanted one answer to one question one time. And I couldn't get any response after maybe three text throughout an entire week. What's the point? When you can go to Verizon or even T-Mobile has better service in customer service than this. I don't even get me started on the customer service when you call in to the Customer service phone number. They'll just send you around in circles 17 times.

I went in because my phone was not receiving calls anymore all my calls were going straight to voice mail and after some time tech support narrowed it down to Call Protect was activated and it was blocking all my calls now I am receiving calls Alexia was super cool and stayed on it to "get er done" (southern accent included).

After spending 7 hours trying to get the online people on the phone and in chat to figure out how to fix a problem with them sending me the wrong SIM card and updating the ID, the store had to just give me a new number in order for me to at least have some service. Support refused to support the store, but they did the best job they could.

My experience with AT&T was nothing short of amazing. Joy was ver professional and answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. She’s the reason i stay with AT&T. I even had my fiancé switch to AT&T. Highly recommend joy

If you want great service go to this store and ask for Joy. She has the best customer service a customer can ask for. She greeted me with kindness and answered all of my questions. There was no wait time entering the store because of her. I traded my old phone for my new phone one and she stayed there and helped me transfer everything onto the new phone. She always explains the processes and promotions extremely well which helped me understand better. If you want a good experience this is the right place.
