Technician was professional and very knowledgeable about our Bosch dishwasher. He helped me to understand the product and how to successfully set it for proper use. The service for our dishwasher was exceptional.

The service from buying my refrigerator to delivery and set up was pure 5 star service. They were so careful making sure everything was perfect and it was. I’m glad I kept my money local and went to Authentic Appliance. Very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend Authentic Appliance.

We have a 21 year old Thermador oven with a display panel that was becoming very dim. We called Authentic Appliance because they were listed as an authorized repair business for Thermador. On the initial visit, Jeff the technician checked the oven and was able to quickly identify the problem, which was failing circuit boards in the oven. He further explained that these particular circuit boards were no longer available from Thermador (which has now apparently been acquired by Bosch), but noted that there was a company that would rebuild the circuit boards. He then explained that Authentic Appliance would prepare an estimate for the process of removing the circuit boards, sending them for rebuild, and then reinstalling. We received the repair estimate the following day and were able to schedule the work. The boards were removed, sent, rebuilt, and returned in just a matter of days, and Jeff came back to install them and make sure that everything was working again properly.
Our experience with Authentic Appliance was very positive, and we appreciated the knowledge, experience, and skill that Jeff brought to the job. His explanations and the fact that he has repaired many similar problems in the past provided us with a lot of confidence in both his work and Authentic Appliance. We also appreciated the work of Stacy in the office who kept us informed of our status and coordinated the scheduling of the multiple appointments in a timely manner.

My wife and I highly recommend Authentic Appliance. They are extremely knowledgeable about all appliances and they were truly a pleasure to work with! They were able to answer all our questions and gave us peace of mind when purchasing a new washer and dryer. Jeff did a phenomenal job on the delivery and instillation. He was timely, professional, and walked us through all the settings on our new machines. We will definitely return for any other appliance needs!

Stacey and Jeff are wonderful to work with! We bought our washer and dryer with them and had excellent service, they are both very knowledgeable and give great advice on what products would work best for us. We have liked their service so much so that we have gone back to get another appliance and will continue to do so in the future.

So far my kids have purchased a Speed Queen washer and a Bosch refrigerator from here. Stacy was patient and answered all questions thoroughly, even when I asked the same question multiple times because I was confusing myself. Jeff and his helper (I think he said his name was Dalton or Dallon) are both very professional. They worked together very well and they took extra care during delivery to not damage appliance or housing. They are hilarious too!

Shop Local! I believe in supporting local businesses, and Authentic Appliance went above and beyond what the big box stores offer. Stacey did an excellent job of explaining what each appliance offered and my options, and then she helped me with rebates to get the best price possible. Their technician, Jeff, was on time, had everything in place, and left no speck of dirt. He took the time to make sure I knew how to operate each appliance and was very patient with me. I also appreciated the updates that let me know when the technician was on his way, as well as the professionalism shown in every aspect of this process.

After getting exhausted of buying crappy big box store appliances, when our washing machine broke we decided to look into Speed Queen washing machines. I was surprised that Authentic Appliances was an authorized dealer, which was only a few miles from us.
I walked into their shop and noticed that it was roomy and very clean. I was greeted by Stacy who informed me that she and her husband Jeff were the owners. Stacy sells the appliances and Jeff does installations. Stacy took her time to explain everything about the 3, 5 and 7 washers. I never felt rushed.
After my wife got home from work, I called Stacy and informed her that we were going to order the 7. She informed me that I could come back to the shop to do the order or I could use the website to order it.
I decided to order it online. I am in know way techie, but I can say that it was extremely easy to order the machine online. It only took me a few minutes to complete the order form and also pay.
It did take Speed Queen a few weeks to make our washing machine, but at my age, I know that good things at times take time and are worth the wait. Once the machine arrived at their shop, Stacey promptly contacted me and set up a day and time for Jeff to come out to our home and install our new washing machine and to remove our old junkie washing machine.
Jeff arrived at the time quoted to me and he quickly and professionally removed oof old one and hauled it away, and he installed our new one. Then Jeff took his time speaking to my wife and I and giving us a walk through of our new machine and the important things to know about it. And he informed us to register our machine online with Speed Queen. Due to the fact that the machine we purchased has a 7 year warranty, we may move before that time or after that time and it’s important that the company has our information. It would be a long drive from Florida to Lancaster, California… which we are planning on doing.
Stacy, Jeff, THANK YOU for your help in selecting the washing machine that was best for our needs. And thank you for your kindness and professionalism. When our big store clothes dryer dies…. We will for sure be back to your store and purchase us a Speed Queen Dryer.

Good, friendly,knowledgeable and on time with when they said the delivery would take place. Jeff hooked up the washer tested it and gave us a presentation on how to best use the Speed Queen TR5 washer. Would recommend them if you need a new appliance or help with yours.
