Scheduling is on the corporate level (Greed), an 8:00 appointment turned into a 8:40 appointment. No employees were even inside until 8:15, then traffic issues happened. It was after 9:00 when the simple cleaning was completed. When will overbooking end, or why does it start before employees start work?
