This Burlington has very nasty female employees that work there. They keep products for themselves and will tell customers that things aren’t available when they actually are. I hate coming here because the girls are so prissy except for like 4 of them. Trust me girl, your paycheck isn’t going to be short because you withhold stock for yourself in the back rooms.

Burlington has always been my go to for home goods and fashion no matter what city I’m in. I recently moved to the AV area and visited this store a couple times before this new change occurred. Putting a barrier in the walkway and having to wait to enter is nasty work. Not only that, but the clothing selection for the past few months have been weird. Idk who’s doing your vendor shopping now and if you guys are under new management but new management at this location is needed direly. You’re loosing customers. Come up with a better solution for loss prevention and go back to a more diverse clothing selection. I feel as if it’s being done intentionally to keep certain people out at this point. Your plus size selection is basically deplete, teen section trash, home goods and bags are still decent, but not much for fashionable women age 20-35. Location in Palmdale is better.

I am currently standing in line and I absolutely can not wait to leave this review- its THAT bad. My bf and i came to buy socks and jackets for a trip we plan on taking this week and we have been followed since the instant we walked in by a rude obnoxious staff with patchy pink hair. I didnt even bring a bag in with me- this is insane! I have nothing good to say about this location aside from: if loss prevention was so worried about catching thieves we wouldn’t have witnessed someone shoplifting on our way out. I don't know if it's because I’m mexican or because I’m tattooed. But this behavior is disgusting. Boo, Burlingtons. Boo!

If you're a fan of treasure hunts, then Burlington is your playground! It's the kind of store where you walk in just to browse and end up leaving with a cart full of surprises—and a big smile.The prices are unbeatable, and the variety is impressive.
If you're in the mood for a shopping adventure with great deals and a fun atmosphere, Burlington is the place to be. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this location since they opened. It was my go to store, until recently. Which is disappointing because I really like it. However, upon entering the store there is now a barrier up with a security guard who tells you to wait there, this is to protect us while shopping. Unfortunately I was not able to understand what exactly was being said as they spoke to fast. Today was my 3rd time experiencing this, when I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn't quite hear, she said loudly, This is for your protection while you're shopping. When in all actuality they are waiting for the camera to capture our face, I assume for shoplifting purposes and to cut down on those costs. Which I fully understand, but there has to be another way to go about this, or just be transparent about the reasoning and do not get upset or an attitude when being asked to repeat themselves. I don't like feeling like I've done something wrong just for entering a store.

Been coming here awhile and long enough to have a card to this store. Selection is very nice especially the athletic wear which for many in my line of work is critical. We do not wear scrubs! Nice shoes and quality purses, soaps and great household items for affordable prices. Customer service is very always very polite and helpful. Thank you Burlington for offering the layaway option as Americans are really struggling right now.

hi everyone
I am sharing a distressing experience I encountered on January 25, 2021, at the Lancaster Burlington store. I believe it is crucial to address this issue as it pertains to customer service, equality, and respect.
Upon entering the store to return an item as a loyal customer, I was met with appalling treatment by the female manager, Lourdes. Despite being a loyalty customer, I was informed that I needed the original receipt for the return process. As per the store policy, loyalty customers are not required to present the original receipt. After proceeding with the return, the manager falsely claimed that the card used for the purchase did not match, leading to unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
Moreover, the situation escalated as the manager insinuated unethical behavior on my part and ignorantly made racist remarks. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful and discriminatory. As a customer who values equality and fairness, I found her actions unacceptable and demeaning.
Despite her incompetence and discriminatory behavior, a positive resolution was only achieved upon the intervention of the second manager on duty. His swift actions in rectifying the situation highlighted the stark contrast in customer service standards between the two managers.
In light of these distressing events, I feel compelled to express my disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received at the Lancaster Burlington store. It is disheartening to witness such behavior in an establishment where customers should be treated with dignity and respect.
I urge the corporate office to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to address the behavior exhibited by the manager, Lourdes. Discrimination and disrespect have no place in customer service, and it is imperative to uphold values of equality and fairness in all interactions with customers.
As a concerned customer who values positive experiences, I hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from reoccurring in the future.
