Worst bank I’ve ever been to! Had to stand in like for 45 minutes because they only have one teller open and only 2 people in front of me! Then refused to cash a check stating I had to have 2 forms of id and said my bank card was reloadable witch it is not so they can’t take it.then the manager called me a kid when I asked if my ssn would count as a second id.

they are not very friendly and there's always an inconvenience that this bank is close on the weekends and they never fixed my online account for me sign in and check my statements this why switched to another bank

I constantly have issues with my bank balance going into a negative balance and when I try to deposit money into it to fix it they don't update my balance. I've had friends send me money when my account balance was at a negative balance and when the money is sent to me it does not update my balance until the next day. This is bull considering if there was an emergency and I needed money from my account it wouldn't let me have it. This is the fifth time I've had an issue with this Bank in the last 5 months. Money has been received by my bank but still shows that my account has a negative balance. I've been hung up on by customer service multiple times and I'm just completely and totally done at this point. So tomorrow I will be closing my account. If you know what's good for you you will stay away from this Bank. I previously banked with Wells Fargo and I'm going back to them and I'm never leaving them AGAIN. Disgusting

Rude, pushy and very unprofessional. I was crying upset because I was thinking that I wasn't going to be able to pay my rent. The 1800 operator told me to calm down and then when I told her I wasn't able to use the automated phone service because it said my card number or pin was wrong. At that point she was insisting I log into my checking account via online banking. and I told her that I don't want to sign up. At that point, she told me to calm down and said there was nothing she could do. This is not the first time or the second time. In 6 months, this has accured at least 4 or 5 times. Now im unavailable to access my funds in the account. I'm over it. I'm going back to Wells Fargo after all this clears. I'm over the rude customer service. Simple as that.

I just needed to exchange coin for bills. I can't do that without an account would have considered if they were accommodating and didn't look at me like I'm a piece of s#^t

The supervisor there this morning, I don’t know her name was very discriminatory. When I tried to cash a check, they said I needed two forms of ID, which I had, but she didn’t think my debit card was good enough, so I went to the location in quartz hill and they cashed my check. No problem whatsoever.

Thiss is my favorite place to go for my banking I would not go any whare else at all but thiss bank I been banking at thiss place for years and I will not ever change at all the people awe very nice and once they get to know u they won't for get you're name I'd u need a bank then to hiss isthe one for u

They have awful long lines and people still have to wait on one attendant that's just unheard of also they tend to charge extra excessive fees for things that they should not be charging you for I decided to go with California Bank and trust due to the fact that my mother has gone there for years well I understand majority of the crowd that goes in this bank are well over 60 that's not me so it might work for them but it will not work for me nor my children I'd rather choose US Bank Wells Fargo or Bank of America all day then choose this bank I'm closing my accounts immediately.

My initial impression is good. What I needed was more involved than just setting up a new account, cashing or depositing a check. Having never stepped foot in this bank I was quickly waited on and I found them very helpful in my case. I was instructed what I needed to do on line and was given screen shots of web sites where I needed to go to help complete my transaction.

Every Friday I get paid and come here to deposit money to my account and it never fails they only ever have one teller to help customers. The lines will be 6 people long and no one else will come and help. Terrible customer service I spend 30 minutes here everytime, you'd think they'd know "hey people get paid on Friday's and are off at 5 we should have more than one teller" but of course not. Absolute crap closing my account.

Horrible customer the manager is rude and so is the customer service rep in the front with the initals k she in new accounts i have been with this bank since they were av bank 29 years and they let a tranaction go through on my account charged me two over draft fees plus daily fees this bank is the worst dont trust this bank with your money
